Well presented and maintained apartment with some excellent touches including a bottle of wine in the fridge, washing powder and cleaning products left and a great array of snacks

Location, spacious apartment, free parking on site. Kitchen well stocked and excellent facilities. Lovely touches such as the luxury toiletries, and bottle of wine and the good quality refreshment tray with cookies......:))

Building work ongoing, and not being able to enjoy balcony etc Could not open all the windows for fresh air!

the property was well equipped, clean and in a good location for the town and harbour. free parking in the next door multi storey was a bonus.

lack of a separate bathroom/toilet. The scaffolding and work on the building-which should have been removed before we arrived, meant we couldn’t open windows, use the balcony or see out of windows. This adversely affected our stay which was otherwise good.

Apartment is well-located near to Poole Harbour and a number of pubs, restaurants, shops etc. Collected the key on arrival and found the apartment with no issues. Parking is in the multi-storey next door, so it took a couple of trips to sort out luggage etc. Apartment was clean, tidy and well-equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Checkout was also easy.

We were warned in advance that there were scaffolding works on the building that would obscure the view and so the price was discounted as a result. We didn't have a major issue with this as we were only planning to use the apartment as a base for visiting the local area. However when we arrived the apartment was very warm and stuffy - it clearly hadn't been aired for a while. But because of the scaffolding works we couldn't use the balcony at all, or even open the doors - so we were left with two windows, one of which only opened a couple of inches. This meant that the first couple of nights were uncomfortably warm. We weren't advised that the balcony couldn't be used, nor that there would be workmen walking literally past the window - this meant that we had to keep the bedroom curtains closed while they were working. I don't feel as though we were told about the full implications of the scafolding work - if we had been then we would probably have booked somewhere else.

Lovely clean apartment fitted out with everything we needed. Staff at Quay Holidays were very helpful and friendly. Great location - near the quay, restaurants, train and bus stations.

The wi-fi was not great - kept buffering - not a huge problem as we were out most of the time. We were told when we booked that work was going on on the outside of the building so there would be no view form the balcony but it was still a surprise to see the whole building wrapped in white plastic.

Great location to the Quay and Poole Town Centre. Apartment was clean and very well equipped...had everything you'd need. Beds were really comfy too. Staff in the office very friendly and helpful. Really great to have safe and secure parking.

It was noisy, but I'm used to living in the countryside...so to be expected in a town location. Whilst cleaning standards were good there was some dust on items that hadn't been moved for a while. The door lock also fell off on the evening before we left (although had we been staying longer I'm sure this would have been fixed promptly). Decor of flat was a little dated. Could also suggest some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels etc.

The extra touches, like washing tablets, liquid and powder, Tupperware, airer made staying there so much easier. Being welcomed with some lovely edible goodies was unexpected but a pleasant surprise.

Apartment is well located for quay and shops. Spacious and comfortable. Great to have a balcony for outside space.
