The manager was very friendly and fast

The parking was a mess. We were parked in. Had to wait for the people parking us in to come back so we could ask them if we can swop our cars because we wanted to leave early. Way to little parking for the amount of rooms

Really perfect for what we needed. close enough to walk to Loftus.

Not enough parking, only enough towels for one person(one big, one hand towel) and only a thin quilt to sleep under. perhaps a complimentary water would have been great!

The room was very clean and spacious, the stuff was helpful most of the time. The area was quiet. The bed was really comfortable.

The fact that we had to call someone to always open the gate for us, I understand if that could be a security issue but sometimes it can be tedious to always call someone to open the gate for us. Maybe in the future get a security guard.

The guest house is more like a hostel. Guest staying for long periods (2 months at a time)

My friend and I had stayed in the Room #4 before. It was equally good this time. Sipho -- I don't know his surname -- was the perfect host, both before we arrived via WhatsApp and later when we wanted to leave our key at the desk.

I like tea first thing in the morning. We had sachets of coffee in our room but no teabags. Also, it was a good thing that I brought my own bath soap ! All Saturday afternoon, evening, and night a cheerful party -- a birthday party I think -- braaied and ate and drank near the gate. Their noise lasted just a little bit too long, but it didn't matter. We were surprised to see a couple of the same men already drinking outside the lounge when we checked out the next morning.

the place was nice, booked into room 2, very cozy and comfortable, Sipho assisted us with everything we needed, he was very friendly… overall enjoyed the stay

the shower floor was dirty/ not cleaned properly the wasn’t a small blanket or fleece in the room

We would choose facility for the next trip,near hospitals near malls yet have some tranquility. Staff so friendly I couldn't get hold of my husband due to signal but Sipho helped me.thank u Sipho .
