Rooms are large (albeit dark with minimal lighting). windows don’t open. great location

Rooms are dark, windows are tiny and don’t fully open. The AC and the bathroom fan are incredibly loud. mattress in the room was as thin as paper with zero support one duvet in the room didn’t have a duvet cover. this is dirty towels provided had holes in them bathroom sink and bathtub drains did not drain properly. toilet paper and tissue provided may as well be sandpaper. horrific quality. great if you’re looking to get a rash staff quality is hit and miss. some staff are great, others are outright rude. the hotel apparently dates back to the 1930’s, and probably the furniture , mattress, and everything as well hasn’t been changed in 90 years. marketed as a 5 star - not sure who or how this rating was given. this is a 2-star at best.

The location is good , staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel is a bit old and overpriced with the hotel conditions and facilities. price for breakfast is high as well with limited choices

The fact that the bed was broken and we had to fixe it ourselves. There was a whole in the bed cover.... everything was kind of "unmotivated" - what a pity! The staff at breakfast who seemed so unmotivated too.

Poor Fair

The hotel is a museum but as I have been said they provide room and breakfast . The tap was broken it symbolizes. The parking wasnt free. The hotel is not 5 stars from my point of view.

It's not a 5 stars hotel!! Poor breakfast, very slow internet and not stable, no room service at night, at night the hotel is dark and unpleasant, There is no reference to the small details that improve the customer's experience of staying at the hotel. In short- not recommended at ALL!

Kind staff and it was clean.

No parking. If coming by car you’ll have to pay additionally and if there aren’t available spots nearby the hotel, you will have to look where to park elsewhere.

I liked the breakfast, especially the omelet

During the first night of my staying there, I could not sleep because of the 'stormy sex night' of the neighbors upstairs. When I asked the female worker at the reception to change the room, she refused me. The next night it happened again. As a reason, I came back home with a strong headache and disappointment. I will not come to the hotel anymore

Everything was amazingly charming from the minute the taxi pulled up, Lovely welcome although 2am Very pleasant young man greeted us The room was fabulous, huge comfy bed, clean linen Staff all very friendly and extremely helpful

The breakfast was a little sparse in Variety but ok the young man on our 1st morning was very pleasant but the girl on the 2nd morning was a little ☹️ I asked for some hot water as it was cold for the tea , but i think she didn't like a complaint , but she didn't spoil our stay, it was fab
