The facilities are excellent and the kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the restaurant is breathtaking.

We paid a premium price but we got mediocre service. We had booked a seaview apartment but we were given and apartment with partial sea view, directly overlooking a construction site with a concrete mixer and other machinery and specific noise. The house keepers checked our apartment once for a five-day stay. There weren't mosquito nets and we had to fight mosquitoes and stink bugs in the room. On top of it all our room was on the seventh floor and we are with a six-month old baby and a pram which we had to push into two lifts and long corridors and 20 stairs in order to reach the breakfast area. There was a power cut and we had to carry the pram to the seventh floor two times and once because of another power cut we got stuck in the lift with the baby. It was completely dark and there wasn't any emergency button in the lift. The food at the restaurant was not absolutely delicious and we were constantly bothered by wasps. Breakfast was limited in quality and choice. Staff weren't friendly and helpful all the time.

The hotel itself and the room is fabulous but the services are horor

The services are horor, you have to wait 30 min for a coffee in the morning, the breakfast is poor almost nothing to eat, no fill in time, the lift for car was broken and in one night we could not go out of the complex. No nice surroundings, is very far away from golden sands.

It was nice buffet breakfast.

We preferred to stay in the SPA, which was paid additionally, with two great very clean, warm pools and wonderful and friendly service. The lifeguards were very helpful, watching the kids all the time. The ladies at the reception were very kind. The restaurant in the evening was serving some very nice dishes. I liked the sea view from the apartment and the new apartment we were moved after I spoke with the manager of the apart complex.

The outside pools were small and dirty. Although I asked for an apartment near the beach and restaurant, because I was alone with 3 kids, they placed me in an apartment far away, not with front sea view, but with a side sea view, although I paid for a front sea view. In order to reach the beach, I had to change two lifts and stairs. The sink in the apartment was broken. There were ants and other bugs inside. My parking place was very difficult to park in the bottom of the parking, I am driving a big car and most of the parking plot I had to take backwards, because I was not able to make a turn. After I complained to the manager, she changed our apartment with a more comfortable one and I took the parking place of friends of ours, which was far more convenient. The beach was also dirty, both sand and water. The most disappointing thing was the blond receptionist with Russian origin, who was extremely unpleasant, was not helpful, and even spoke with us as if we are intruders, not guests of the hotel. 3 times I asked her for something and she tried not to help me. The first time was about the broken sink - no help. The second time I asked her for changing the sheets of the bed, because my little girl make some stains, and she said that the sheets are changed every 3rd day, and this was the 5th day the sheets were not changed. The 3rd time I asked her to send a guy to help us with the luggage - imagine a woman alone with 3 kids, handling her luggage alone. She asked why I do not get my luggage alone with the car??? And this time I got into argument with her. The apartment was not cleaned every day, which is an absurd for a 5 star hotel. The apart complex itself is like a labyrinth. Hundreds of stairs, lifts, corridors. Absolutely uncomfortable for families with small kids, not to mention babies. I can say that this is not a 5 star place.

Location is great, super accesible beach and pool, and great facilities. Apartments are very big.

Breakfast variety can be improved, also There is not enough staff in the restaurant, so its always missing water, coffee or refillment for breakfast. For the sane reason waiting time to pick up your order for lunch is quite long. Staff is kind but not enough.

The only things great about this property are the building exteriors and the nice plants. Beside that... only disappointments all around :(

I don't write reviews too often, but the disappointment here was unbelievable: - Very bad client service - Reception personnel cannot understand english well and are not helpful - The parking valet was not polite - The blond reception woman mistaken the place of our apartment and gave us a parking spot at the wrong floor. Lost at least 45 minutes with this issue when we arrived - Breakfast starts at 8:30. We arrived at 9 and waited in a long line until 9:45 for breakfast refill. No manager was on duty. The waiters told us that they cannot help because there is no manager they can call. (I leave here o photo of the 5 star breakfast table) - In our bathroom there was a hole in the wall for the water meter and no cover, so the pipes were exposed - The pool is small. In the kids pool there are some tiles missing and you can see the concrete. - The beach is small (that's not the problem) and is full of seaweed. Nobody cleaned it for the period of our stay. Bad smell. - In the water there are a lot of stones. You cannot swim away because of stones barrier - Reception personnel don't have infos about SPA fares or working hours. They advise you to go there and check it by yourself. - And the worst thing: I have written a kind email to reception and hotel management and I didn't get any response till the moment I am writing this review. :( So disappointed about our stay in Bulgaria this time.

Hotel complex was very nice with own beach. Excellent service from the security team on the gate 24/7. Rooms were nice, spacious, very clean and with splendid sea view. Many nice beaches close to the hotel in both south and north direction from the hotel.

To few sunbeds, as guests seemed to be placing towels on sunbeds each night before going to bed. All beds were occupied from the morning, but only few people actually were on the beach at that time. This was the case all week. Breakfast had very good ratings, but we were really disappointed of both quality, refill and variation on the buffet. Also here many tables were reserved eventhough no persons appeared in the time we had breakfast. Staff was very slow at refilling and cleaning tables from previous guests. For this reason we never had other meals at the hotel.

Apartment complex is very nice, especially garden. Parking is excellent. The room was very big. View was perfect. Room was very quiet.

Both beds in bedroom and leaving room were uncomfortable and ready for renewal. Air conditioner was placed only in leaving room and not enough strong to cool bedroom, where was very hot during the nights. The apartment was not properly cleaned before our arrival, although we arrived around 19.00. Amenities are not on price level. Service in restaurant is terrible with very high prices. Hotel beach was not cleaned during our stay. In short, this facility is highly overpriced. Not recommended.

Excellent location, very large and comfortable studio with superb view, quiet and friendly.

The beach was not cleaned on daily basis and the majority of the staff does not understand basic English.

Well, where should I start. I never made a bad review before but I am sure that I should advise, especially foreign tourists how you are treated by a security guy which seems to have a problem with romanians. On the first night, we arrived around 1am in the morning, one security man(very kind and polite) allowed us to park the car in the garden without any problem. The other day, we went out and when we came back, this time other security guy open the gate and start arguing with me that there are no parking places and I should park the car outside. Ofcourse I saw atleast 4-5 free spots, but he just keep saying that the parking is full(probably he was keeping the spots for his fellows). Seeing that I am confronting him, he started to say things like: "You romanians don't follow rules" and kept saying that we should leave the property :)). I remained calm and after like 10 mimutes the receptionist came(a very nice lady which ofcourse offered parking for my car). When you pay for something, you expect to be treated good, given the fact that I was polite all of the time even with the guy from security. Besides that, the apartment was full of ants. Well, there was no internet. Could have changed the room but It was too much hassle.

The hotel was in a quiet location (not in the center of the Gold Coast). Parking was available. Spa was available. Apartment was big enough for three people.

Buffet breakfast is a pretty ordinary hotel breakfast in Bulgaria i.e. not very extensive. Dinner in restaurant - unfortunately I can't recommend the food (e.g. tomatoes were overripe in the salad). The hotel beach and swimming pool are small in relation to the size of the hotel. Fortunately, now the hotel was not overcrowded and a free sun lounger was found either by the pool or on the beach.

The hotel is amazing with a lot of facilities and private beach,you dont have to think about anything it is very convenient and responds to 5 stars

Breakfest is almost non existent. The waiters in the restaurant are terrible and they do not give you a lot of choices for breakfest. It is NOT a bufet and they are hiding some of the Food options. The restaurant is not five stars at all i would say one star.
