O locație excelentă și foarte primitoare, totul foarte bine organizat, mâncare foarte bună și diversificată,cafea bună, băuturi internaționale bar non stop mini bar în cameră free și alimentat zilnic!!! Ne-am simțit foarte bine!

Tinand cont ca am fost in sejur all inclusiv masa nu a excelat deloc si nici facilitatile de entertainment nu au fost la nivelul pretului platit. Locul de joaca miroase serios a mucegai si se inchide la ora 20 00.

- the AC in the room was making a metalic noise that made it hard to sleep. We talked to the reception, they sent a technician that said the noise was from the AC pump and was normal. I didn't expected that! - the doar are probably made from paper. You can here literally everything that is going on on the hallway. If you have a room near the elevator you won't be sleeping past 7 AM because of the noise made in the hallway. - staining on the sealing.

We booked a room with "Park view" but when we got to our room we noticed we had a upgrade and had a room with beach & sea view! This started better than we thought, we were welcomed by the manager Nicolai and he made us feel right at home and said "If you have any questions please ask me or the staff" At the reception the girls Selin, Gerigana, Ivon and Yoanna had an answer on every question we asked and their knowledge was excellent. Because my partner is a celiac we were introduced to the restaurant manager Petur and he showed her around the restaurant which food she could and could not eat (everything is nicely written down on little signs above the food, like Vegan, Gluten etc etc...) The hostess Neli and her staff escorted us to our table and already knew my partner could only have gluten free food. Sylvia is a excellent hostess and took care of us and our wishes in the restaurant, we really felt at home here. There were a la carte restaurants in the Hotel and all you had to do is reserve in advance and you could get a table, our Italian dinner was really nice and well presented, like you were in Italy! The Sauna's were good and hot, just what you expect. We can recommend this hotel to everyone, it's at the end of the boulevard so it's not so loud and you can enjoy a good nights sleep.

That's a hard one.... yes one sauna wasn't working and someone took my towel (they are free for everyone....) but was swiftly replaced by a member of staff. The infinity pool is a bit overrated but hey it's nice for a dip with a view. I really can't think of any negative aspects of this hotel.

- nice, confortable and clean rooms - hotel employees are nice and want to help all the time

- food variety - the space at the pool is really limited (number of sunbeds is too low compared to the number of hotel guests/rooms, there is no space to add more) - same issue with the tables at the beach bar

The infinity pool is amazing!

They offer parking in another place at about 5 minutes with car, you can not park at the hotel. On top of that, you can only pay cash and the guys at the parking place speak only bulgarianz

The hotel is decent enough and you do have some facilities like pools, immediate access to the beach, beach bar and hotel bar, a couple of restaurants, SPA. However our trip was ruined by a few things for which the hotel does not do anything or assume responsability.

1. First day we discovered we had ants in our room, quite a few, which were climbing on the bed too. We told the staff, housekeeping came in and used a plastic refillable bottle with a sprayer (not sure what it contained), but after 2 hours the ants were back. 2. The room was sort of clean on the surface, but when you got closer to the beds and furniture the dust was thick, filled with spider webs, and just dirt lying around. Plus the towels were all smelling like they were not washed properly. They smelled like they had been left wet on floors for days. 3. But the ABSOLUTE WORST is the experience with the parking. First the hotel has extremely insuficient parking in the lot behind the hotel. They do offer an alternate spot at another place they have a few km away. In any case parking is with additional cost, you will pay extra regardless. That was not the worst issue. This was our 2nd year in a row there, so we knew we will end up paying. What the hotel DOES NOT tell you is: that the small street between the parking lot and the hotel itself, which is simply an access pathway for them and the hotel next to them (not an actual street) is subject to car towing. To be clear: I don't mean parking ON THE STREET. But on the right side there is a area marked where cars dropping off or picking up bags or people can temporarily station right next to the hotel entrance. When we left we had to bring our bags ourselves so we needed to take three trips down from the room. On the last one as we were also checking out our car was towed, although it was NOT on the street, but in front of the hotel. NOONE from the hotel told us, called us or in anyway let us know that might/or will happen. Also there were a bunch of cars parked there alongside the hotel just like ours, including the hotel's mini van but they were not touched. We ended up paying 90 leva (50 EUR to pick up our car from a few more km away with ALL our bags and valuables).

I did like that they have great facilities for spa, inside pool, great view from the infinity pool (but the water was too cold), sauna, restaurant on the beach and at the each pool as well.

The food didn't have taste it was plane, you could find something to eat at breakfast but at lunch and dinner almost everything was bad, even in the a la carte restaurants that they have you would expect the food to be better.. but it wasn't. The drinks were bad, you could easily taste that are the cheapest drinks but if you paid extra 20 leva and went to the Sky Bar the drinks were made different, better. To bad that you have to pay extra at an all-inclusive, instead of increasing the price for the difference but offering better quality food and drinks.
