I’m speechless as soon as I walked in. They greet you lovely and when I walked into my room I was shocked at how amazing the room was. The food was amazing and the service was perfect. I couldn’t fault Dakota one bit. My partner was over the moon with it. I’m definitely going back

This has been the nicest, cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was luxurious, clean, welcoming and just all round amazing. The Staff was so friendly & helpful! The shower and water pressure is unreal, the best shower I’ve ever had! Bed was so cosy. I can’t wait to stay again.

Initial staff interactions seemed unnatural and forced. Shower tray leaked/ overflowed and wouldn’t expect that from 5* accom. TV screen quality was grainy. Didn’t feel it fully warranted what I paid in all honesty

No decent coffee in the room but room service sent us up a coffee so that was easy.

We arrived late but had nice welcome from Receptionist. Room immaculately clean,stylish and comfortable. Lovely meal in restaurant with great service from waiters. Quiet street but right in centre close to all facilities. Would def stay again

The staff are all amazing, really friendly and incredibly helpful. A true representation of great hospitality. Our experience was really great from check in, to the bar (amazing margaritas!) to eating a stunning dinner in the restaurant.

Not a complaint, just an FYI it's very low lighting throughout the hotel (I liked the exclusive feel it provided) but could be seen as a negative for some guests.

Bar Staff and Room

I had no water when I arrived at my room which was minor however this was a work trip and pre -paid weeks in advance by the company as I was travelling with work I take a card that has a minimum balance on it, you asked which I understand a personal card for any room charge however you charged my personal card for the two days stay also and i figured this out as my personal card got declined which was embarrassing and approached reception to double check and found out to then be told it may take 3-5days to reimburse! Meaning that I had to limit what I did in Leeds as I didn't have another card

The bed was comfortable and the room was well sound insulated

Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff. No facilities and no toiletries in the room and no mini bar, not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Its also on a very very busy street of bars with a lot of very drunk and loud people. Shower leaked all over bathroom and had strange smell.

Lovely Hotel, Great location, Comfortable bed and pillows :) Overall another decent stay at the Dakota Leeds. Not sure we'd stay again though? On saying that and to be fair your Concierge/s were both great, very welcoming, engaging and knowledgeable... Great job guys, the rest of the staff we met on Sunday could learn a great deal from you both :)

On entry reception staff were helpful and trying their best to be friendly, however words and facial expression need to match, this is a very nice hotel in the Centre of Leeds, You do expect a genuine heartfelt meet and greet...! As for the evening staff, We got back to the hotel just after midnight and entered through the bar door, As we approached the bar, The employee who had his back to us sat at the bar on a stool, said " The bars closed" didn't even look at us, We asked if we could just get some water then please to take up to our room and and he just pointed to the large water decanter at the end of the bar. Very rude and not what anyone should experience from a so called 5 star city Centre hotel. Our family arrived 5 minutes after us and received the same "warm" welcome.. This time they asked for a pint glass so they could fill up and take to their room, the employee, said "No" ive mopped the floor and its wet..... Overall Great Hotel, the staff we had on Sunday were unprofessional and unwelcoming...

Wifi didnt work and I was travelling for work so this was a nightmare. Staff were unhelpful and told me it has been going on for days so clearly should have told me when I checked in.

No car parking facilities were available at the hotel dispite it being advertised on the website. Apparently that particular weekend this service wasn’t available. This meant we had to drive around for 30 minutes looking for a parking space after driving an hour to get there

Room was spacious and luxurious, staff were all excellent, very helpful and great service. Food, both dinner and breakfast were also great.
