Dirty hall way carpet and receptionist could have been more customer friendly. Did all that was required but a smile would have been.nice.

The staff were brilliant, so helpful and accommodating.

One of the two lifts was broken and as I requested to be on a higher level floor the wait for the lift to arrive was long due to visitors on lower levels using it.

Perfect in every way got to check in early room perfectly cleand to high standard and had a lovely aroma when we walked in

Breakfast was a bit lacking not a lot of options when it came to eggs

Prima locatie om Leeds te verkennen. Net, relatief nieuw hotel, met prima faciliteiten en goed ontbijt. Men is wel strikt bij de eindtijd van het ontbijt, maar dat is totaal geen probleem.

We vonden de vloerbedekking relatief vies. Jammer dat een dergelijk hotel voor zachte vloerbedekking kiest in plaats van harde, makkelijke te reinigen vloeren. Deed niks af aan de rest van het hotel, maar zou niet onze keuze zijn.

Great location for the first direct arena . Room was very clean . Spacious for 3 adults . Parking onsite , paid £20 for 24 hours , didn't bother us paying that as its easy and secure . Breakfast was good , lots to choose from, something for everyone . Staff were friendly. Would stay here again if in Leeds .

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was great. Lovely spacious room and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Trying to extort £10 to book in 30 minutes early and having to wait in the lobby. Breakfast was below average, anaemic sausages and bacon and limited choice

Really central, handy for everything

The bed was to hard

Car park charges leave you fee,Ong ripped off. Just not a good feeling as a customer leading me to actively look for alternatives. It feels like it is profit gouging pricing. Even if the firs night was £20 and second night thereafter £10 but £20 per 24 hours is excessive so need to find alternatives.

Breakfast was very good and the hotel was perfectly situated for the Arena

Room excellent - clean and modern. Bed superb and comfy with lovely pillows. Very quiet and had a great nights sleep. For the price I was amazed that we had a full buffet breakfast included. Even though it was busy everything ran very smoothly. Easy check in and out and a huge car park right outside. Could not of been any better.

Air con in room was a little noisy. No other issues at all

You cannot open the windows in the room which wouldn’t be a problem if the air con was effective … its was extremely poor if non existent

Cleanliness, facilities and location were excellent Breakfast had a good selection of foods and I liked that you could make fresh waffles!

Not major issues but was disappointed at the fact there was no bottled water in the room or biscuits. Nescafé coffee too. We stayed here as a treat but it kind of made it feel almost as if staying in a budget hotel.
