The property is stunning. Lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. You also have 3 pools to choose from. We had kids, so had to use the Laguna pool which is great. The main infinity pool is beautiful.

Just pure serenity, the complex has the most beautiful views, lovely food and restaurants would certainly go back

Breakfast and Dinner Service was messy and slow, nothing else around the property, couldn’t get a taxi out of the property, no beach, bedrooms were small.

Fantastic hotel, lovely large rooms with very comfy beds, this hotel is nearly perfect.

breakfast is a bit chaotic, staff seem a bit overwhelmed by the amount of guests. If your catching an early flight, breakfast dose not open until 8am, which caught us out as we needed to leave at 7.45am and no exception from staff to eat earlier.

Shame there’s no mini mart to buy anything to put in fridge. It’s quite far out and hard to get taxis as they can’t get pre-booked in Ibiza unless going to airport. It would be good if the hotel tried to find a transfer or shuttle solution. The private transfer they offered was insanely expensive (150 Euro for a trip that would cost 30 with a normal cab).

Hotel itself was great

I felt everything I asked for was easy for staff to say no, I asked for cigarettes waited 20mins to be told you didn’t have any on site Then asked for plasters as my little girl cut her foot you told me you had no plasters I then done a late check out paid 200euro Didn’t have my room cleaned had no toilet roll and no clean towels Asked for a lift to San Antonio was told your too busy to sort, For this standard of hotel and what was paid I wasn’t happy atall Granted I got offered 100€ of my late room fee but still just standards wasn’t there for me

The view is breathtaking. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were all so happy and helpful. They made us feel very special as we were celebrating an anniversary and left a cute cake and balloons in our room!

The views are amazing. It was cool to be able to see Es Vedra from our balcony. It was thankfully very quiet when we first arrived so we had the pool area to ourselves. Good fitness area and nice to have free yoga classes etc each day. The morning hike we took with Sara was incredible.

It’s insanely overpriced and you constantly feel like they are trying to squeeze more money out of you. If you move from your sun lounger they swoop in desperately to get you to sign a bill. The plates at breakfast are so small you can barely fit a slice of toast on them which just seems pretty cynical. If you want an omelette or even a bowl of porridge of course it costs extra (and the hot food was never ever hot). Some of the staff are brilliant, experienced professionals who. And some were running around with clipboards trying to look important. And many of them were in training, and it showed. They seem to have far too many managers milling about not doing anything, and it’s quite a distraction. The suites are ok but not up to the standard you’d expect for the price - basically like Centre Parcs - cheap fittings, very hard uncomfortable bed, tiny bathroom, etc.
