Located within walking distance from the cave temple. Room & bathroom clean. Quiet during the night. Wifi ok. Can't comment on their food as did not eat there. Can't comment on transport either, did not partake in tours, did not get offered a lift from/to bus station as mentioned in other reviews (but I believe this is an extra charge and not a goodwill gesture). Breakfast and air-con are extra charges, and a 10% SERVICE FEE is added to the final bill.

Drinking water is extra cost, 180 rupees per bottle, which was not made clear to us. When we arrived, we were offered water to drink. Later I asked the young female staff member if I can have more water and she directs me to the fridge and tells me I can take the bottled water from there whenever I want. I DID NOT SPECIFICALLY REQUEST BOTTLED WATER. I ASKED FOR "WATER". There is no signage at all that there is a 180 rupee charge per bottle and the staff member did not tell me that there is a charge. As other guesthouses in Sri Lanka have not charged me for water, I did not think to ask about extra charges. At check-out, I was asked how many bottles of water I had taken. Well, I did not know there is a charge so I did not keep count of the bottles. So the staff made up a number they believed to be correct, but there was no way of verifying, the bottles had been thrown away by then. I said they should have informed me at the start and there should be a sign/label to make it clear about the additional charge but that feedback did not seem to be taken seriously. Unhappy about this deception and do not recommend staying at this accommodation. UNDERSTANDABLE THERE IS A CHARGE FOR BOTTLED WATER, THIS SHOULD BE MADE ABSOLUTELY CLEAR UPFRONT. GUESTS ARE NOT MIND READERS.

Легко найти, рядом АЗС, есть вывеска. Отличное расположение между автовокзалом и основной достопримечательностью. Приятный парень, с которым происходили все коммуникации, быстрая реакция в приложении букинга и вообще. В номере удобно: хорошая кровать, есть окно, плед, две простыни. . Полотенце. Вентилятор шумный только на высоких оборотах. Есть столики, стулья. Горячая вода. В ванной комнате удобно. Есть туалетная бумага, мыло. Стабильный вай фай. Легко войти и выйти в любое время. С улицы и внутри тихо. Можно найти где поесть и купить продукты неподалеку. В отеле можно заказать завтрак, т.к. в городе с завтраками сложно. На мой взгляд цена в 7 долларов США адекватная даже с учётом недостатков.

В номере видимо слабое напряжение, поэтому когда принимаешь душ свет мигает. Одна розетка. Слабое освещение. Комары и нет средства от них. Нет шампуня.

Намира се на пешеходно разстояние от храма на Буда.Това е главна улица недостатък е,че няма хубави тротоари и е малко опасно. Домакинът е много дружелюбен още от самото начало ми писа и се интересуваше как се движим и кога ще пристигнем. Дойде да ни вземе от спирката след което ни предложи кафе.Отидохме до храма пеша,а на връщане случайно ни видя и ни прибра. По моя молба ни препоръча ресторант.На следващият ден ни закара до спирката на автобуса.

Разстоянието между прозорците,би било хубаво да се уплътни.

I stayed 3 nights and it was just soooo nice. The room was quiet, very clean and cozy. The hosts are just amazing. They helped me out in each and every situation. Whenever I had a question I could contact them to any time. They also offers several tours around Dambulla for a reasonable price. I would definitely come back.

The Property is a bit far from the centre which didn’t bother me much as I like to walk.

ファミリー経営の宿で皆さんとてもいい人でした。色々と行く場所を提案してくれます。車とトゥクトゥクを持っていて、少し高額ですが（安心料？）助かります。 近くにレストランやスーパーもあるし、石窟寺院も歩ける距離です。 ここを拠点にシーギリヤやピドゥランガラなども行きました。

WiFiがほぼ使えませんでした。シャワーを温水にすると、バスルームの電灯が点滅して疲れます。

The most welcoming home stay so far in Sri Lanka. Dileep was attentive and always available. He is also available to take you to Sigiriya, Pidurangala and other local attractions for an extra fee. The room was clean and dinner was yummy! I read a few unhappy reviews about lack of air conditioning. The rooms with fans were very comfortable and there are Air conditioned rooms available to book should you wish!! Highly recommend this spot for one or two nights.

Wow! Dileep and family are great hosts. Our room was big, clean, towels provided, fan, mosquito net and absolutely everything you needed for your stay. Very attentive and kind family, all working together side by side, which I'm happy to support. Keep going with the good work and thank you for having us! ♥️

Nothing, everything was perfect

침구류가 깨끗하고 주변이 조용해서 만족스럽게 푹 잘 쉬고 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 미리 요청한 전기포트를 구비해주셔서 좋았습니다. 주인집 따님이 여행지에 대한 추가 정보를 알려줘서 시간과 비용을 크게 절약할 수 있었습니다. 안주인과 따님이 친절하게 환대해주서 좋았고 체크아웃시 핸드폰 충전을 위해 두어시간 오버했는데도 양해해줘서 감사했습니다. 무엇보다도 바로 옆에 농산물센터가 있어서 도보로 시장구경하고 로컬체험할 수 있어서 더욱 마음에 들었습니다. 중심지까지 툭툭으로 5분여 거리여서 위치도 좋았습니다.

주변 관광지 일출을 보기위해 새벽에 일찍 혼자 숙소를 나설 때 숙고 메인 출입구가 잠겨있어서 새벽에 주인장을 깨우는 소동이 있었습니다. 이점이 조금 아쉬웠어요.
