Breakfast was OK after waiting for plates, bacon, beans.

Bed was to hard carpark was expensice

Clean hotel and comfortable room. Very handy for airport travellers. Friendly, helpful staff. Good hot and cold self service breakfast available from early in morning.

Car parking very expensive.

Ontbijt zeer karig, geen verse broodjes, 1 soort beleg, alleen toast en mini croissants die oud waren.

The hotel is ok, this isn’t my first stay. Staff are always friendly, rooms are always clean and tidy and breakfast is reasonable.

Second time staying here where the shower hasn’t been warm, in addition to no heating made the stay very cold.

Easy to get too with good car parking

On arrival we were really excited as I had booked a Santa sleepover experience for my children. Sadly I had apparently booked it via the wrong link. The managers attitude towards me was awful, she wanted to charge me more money than what I’d original been quoted for the experience because I hadn’t booked it through the correct link! We nearly ended up leaving! It finally got sorted but very stressful and upsetting. The experience itself was unorganised, the manager looked very stressed abd and a few people had made comment on her attitude because chairs were being moved that she had placed as a barrier 🙈🤦🏻‍♀️ to top it off we all had a dreadful sleep as we were all woken by the hotel fire alarm going off at 3am!!! The kids were disturbed unsettled and scared and we struggled to get back to sleep!! All in all over priced experience and I wouldn’t recommend
