Perfect get away house
We (me, wife, and six year old) went here for a break from our house and a chance to use a private pool. Everything was great, house is beautiful, lots of amenities, and lots of labeled instructions on how to use it all. Even golf cart was available which was a nice way to check out the quiet neighborhood on a hot summer day. With just 3 of us there was plenty of space and a larger group would definitely be comfortable. Karen was very responsive, flexible, and helpful. We were sad to go and hope to return someday.

Perfect Covid Getaway!
Karen’s lovely, spacious home was the perfect place for my birthday getaway. The grounds are gorgeous and the backyard pool, spa and patio area are just wonderful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. This property is truly an oasis in the desert!

Great place to call home for a few days!!
This feels like it is your home, everything so well planned out from relaxation to recreation, we would definitely like to come back soon!! We had a blast! Golf course was awesome, hitting range balls at the club, puttering about in the golf cart, comfortable lodging, beautiful views, simply awesome!!!

Weekend Getaway
We were so happy happy we rented Karen’s home for our 1st weekend getaway since the pandemic. Karen’s home as everything we needed and was so comfortable. We enjoyed her private pool which was perfect to hang out with our friends, cool down and take a float. The home is very well appointed with everything you might need. Karen has thought of everything. Check in and out was extremely easy. We look forward to more weekend getaways at Karen’s home in the future.

Corona review-never arrived due to emergency county order
My first review ever - we rented for 2 weeks to attend the IW tennis tourn - which was cancelled and an emerg. declared for county 2 days prior to our arrival. Commun. with owner/renter went to zero- she claimed she could have rented it if only we had cancelled earlier- then no comm. after that. Thank you AMEX for securing my refund. It appears she also tried to "game" the system by changing our original booking to one night from 14 days. It did take AMEX until may to get my deposit and rental $$ refunded. It appears she was fighting with VRBO to not refund anything. I was willing to work with her but she stopped communicating - not good.

Disappointing
Cluttered, mess in main room. Possibly a better place to rent when weather is warmer As pool is an unheated ice box. Yard furniture was old and covered up, unwelcoming to guests. Also 3 bathrooms and no tubs!

Beautiful upscale private golf community close to many shops and restaurants!
It was very relaxing and all the amenities were in excellent working order. Did lots of walking to shopping and local restaurants. We used the golf cart to explore and had a cocktail at the club house. Make sure to have dinner at the Cliff House they had a terrific HH and twilight pre-fix. Karen had outlined all the instructions well and was available for questions. We hope to be back and do some golfing.

Beautiful house with plenty for everyone!
We decided to ring in the New Year in Indian Wells with two other couples and Karen's home was perfect. The house has 3 master suites, a great pool and hot tub, a nice fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating, fruit trees, a beautiful yard, plenty of comfortable couches and chairs in front of the fireplace and tv. The kitchen is completely stocked with anything you might need.
We highly recommend Karen's home. Karen is responsive and responds promptly.

It was a perfect set up for my six guests (son and family (4) plus two granddaughters.
We celebrated my son's 50th and needed extra space for those attending. I live near this location. Rented this house and it worked out great. Everything was as advertised.

A terrific vacation home away from home
Karen is an outstanding hostess. Her home was very comfortable for my wife and me. Two of our adult kids joined us for a few days and enjoyed the home as well. The great room and patio areas are outstanding gathering spaces. The bar area was the perfect location when we had to do some work.

Great house
I’ve rented this house at Indian Wells C.C. multiple times over the last five years, and highly recommend it. In the past, a buddy and I have used it as our base for golf weekends in the area. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen is really functional and stocked with plenty of pots, pans and utensils. The television is really big and has extensive channels from which to choose. An added plus is that the house comes with a golf cart. I’m told that a mark of whether you like a place is if you return to it—well, I’ve returned on more than five occasions, and fully intend to come back again!
