furnishing is not as nice anymore as it looks on the picture. the place needs a bit more care and dedusting (wobbly lamps, old arm chair)

Didn't realise how big HCMC was and District 2 is about a 20 min drive into District 1 and 3, I would probably book closer next time.

Incredibly clean and spacious room with a lovely kitchenette. AC worked really well.

Toilet is in the shower so be careful not to slip when using the restroom after showering. My grab driver had a hard time finding the place. It's tucked away in an alley with no major signs, but the maps should take you directly there.

They were very friendly and I got a gift of electrical items o arrival which was nice.

I was on the bottom floor and was woken up multiple times by people ringing the bell to get I to the building. It was from 11pm-5am so I checked out early.

Apartments are comfortable staff friendly.

Location is very narrow street. Difficult for car access if bikes parked in street. 400 - 600 metre walk to restaurants.

We loved the quiet, green location. The beds were also very comfortable, as were the pillows. Water was available to refill our water bottles. We ate good Banh Mi’s at the crossroads with the main road at Banh Mi 362. The receptionists were very friendly, Queen was always smiling and happy.

when we first arrived it wasn’t so easy to find, the taxi driver didn’t know where it was nor did the people around. Would had loved it even more with breakfast.

It was unclean, I bought cleaning products myself as I felt uncomfortable. The staff spoke very little English. My sheets were changed once in my 3 week stay. They were very inflexible about checkout time. The original Bookings.com advert for the hotel indicated that breakfast was available on site, this was not the case. if I hadn’t been made to pay in full on arrival I would have changed hotels.

We have a wonderful experience at there. The property was lovely. The owner and his staff were super friendly and nice. We had a very comfortable stay.

Location is OK, on a green, lush street, nice view from the rooftop terrace. Friendly staff and owners.

The room was dirty and a bit ran down. There was dust and grease everywhere, as well as mold and ants running in the kitchenette. No soundproofing. The area is quiet overall, but you can hear other guests at night as if they are next to you in the room.

Very small balconies, toilet in shower which is a very small shower. mould & tiles lifting in shower due to poor sealing, light well useless & water not provided on paid days that we travelled away

The property is in a very great location. Very close to Thao Dien Cafes & Restaurants. The room was spacious and cosy. Laundry service was also super affordable. I would definitely stay here again!

The location was beautiful in a green residential area, but quite far from the city center, no good public transportation, so we had to use Grab. But lots of cafes and restaurants around. The room was ok, decently clean, it was great to have a small kitchen! The staff was nice but didn't really speak English. All in all I would say a decent hotel, not amazing but still lovely :)

The toilet in the shower was strange. I wish staff spoke more English so they could give us more information, but they were still nice :) The location for access to city center not great.

I couldn't ask a better place in HCMC! The picture of the room with the garden attracted my eyes and it was way above my expectations! Communication with the owner was very smooth and he even let me use a bike after check-out also staff was very friendly. Only stayed here for 2 nights but truly enjoyed the room looking at trees and plants at the garden. Will definitely come back for my next stay in HCMC and highly recommend anyone to stay this amazing place!
