Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Absolut nichts. Es war sehr gut.

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Beim nächsten mal würde ich wieder dort schlafen.

super-warm and stylish apartment in a quiet but central part of town, overlooking the canal. lovely comfortable beds with magic mattresses. great bathroom and shared kitchen and living space. our 6-day stay was perfect from start to end. thanks.

not a complaint but people with mobility problems would find the stairs too steep and may struggle.

Location is good, just a short walk from most of the main sites and restaurants. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom with bathtub was quite nice (including good bathroom products). There is a balcony off the room with a nice view of a green courtyard (big trees). There is a shared refrigerator in the common area and well as a big room to watch TV, it you like (we didn't). There is a small tv in the room. A nice place to stay and use as a base to explore the city.

Be aware that you share a front door and some common spaces with one other room. The shared space felt like a bonus to us, so sharing wasn't a problem. However, because you are sharing with one other guest room, there is some pressure/expectation to have a chat and generally be friendly with your neighbors. Hopefully for most of us this is a positive.

Location, couldn't be better at all. Right in the middle of everywhere cool in the central city. Walking distance to all the good cafes, restaurants and shops. The rooms are clean, the beds are King size and sooo comfy, there's even a cheeky welcome drink when you arrive! Nespresso coffee and milk also was perfect for quick pit stops during the day back at the house. The host was very welcoming and let us keep our bags in the establishment even after the booking had ended. Will definitely recommend to anyone travelling to Utrecht.

Just having Breakfast in the title is needed to be changed as it is an additional optional cost. A Bed and Breakfast always means the breakfast is included in the price.

excellent host (waited for me until past midnight due to late landing of my plane in Amsterdam), privacy, best mattress ever (and I stayed in more than 100 hotels worldwide recently!). Best option for holidays (and not necessarily for business travel...). I surely would like to come back here if I'll plan for a relaxed visit of the Netherlands.

no elevator (one floor only, but unexpected...), no much interaction with the host for hints on restaurants or groceries nearby - (however I cherished the privacy ) ... , bathroom private but outside the room (well, like at home but I was not at home!) - all in all, minor things which could turn into positive for other travellers.

the location was great. the bathroom was nicely modern. the large windows in the room were great. check-in and out was smooth.

the bathroom was private, but not en suite, which i dont completely remember seeing when i reserved the room. the room was literally just the bed.
