There was no ironing board and the hostess suggested we use the kitchen bench. The house is next to a busy road.

The location was handy to a couple of cafe's and had a supermarket. within walking distance.

In a party of 4 adults everyone was happy with the place.

Getting the key -process is great but not so good on the wet, windy day

Suggest you advise in advance the WIFI only works with smart devices The road noise and coldness of the house --suggest thick lined curtains in bedrooms or double glazing

The location was very good: close to Pukekura Park, and a supemarket, and to Highway 3. Also the house was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the wifi and hot water supply were excellent.

It was a little noisy: we hadn't realised that Hori St is a main "through road", with lots of traffic at peak times. Also there was quite a bit of wear and tear, and there were no coffee tables in the lounge room to put drinks or books on. Apart from those things we were fairly happy.

Kitchen, dining, bathroom and deck are match with the picture, comfortable and new.

Stayed for 6 nights, The whole house smells, bedroom furnitures and bedding need urgent replacement, not sure how long the house hasn't been stayed, sheets are old, duvets are smelly. I stayed in one of the double bedroom which is the worst one, couldn't sleep for 3 nights with the smell, finally found the reason, see picture attached, totally not acceptable with this kind of furniture for the price charged, ave $326 per night, $1961 total we paid. House is on the main road, master bedroom is facing the road, very noisy, bedroom windows are wooden with old handles, couldn't close tight at all, access in and out of the property is not an easy task with the busy road. Pre departure info received 2am on the next day we checked out, however I received 10+emails for the house rules pre arrival, lol...
