Fantastic place. Very clean and the bungalows are spacious and have everything you need. The property is beatiful with a lot of plants, we even got some avocados right from the tree. The food was great and affordable. The owner and his wife are very helpful and friendly. We took a one day tour from the owner and it was great.

Firstly this is one of the best Homestay we have had during our 1 month in Cambodia and we spent 7 days here. If you want an authentic local stay, this is the place to come. Mr Smey and his family are so friendly, with nothing appearing to be a problem (whether it's booking tickets, hiring scooters, etc) - OT climbing one of the trees to pick Avacados!! The accommodation (Bamboo Hut), gardens and facilities are amazing, great wifi and everywhere is super clean. The room we stayed in was spacious, and remained cool, during the day and night - with a large mosquito net. The outside veranda and hammock is a great space to chill-out, and relax. Food is absolutely delicious for Breakfast and Dinner and reasonably priced. Location was ideal for us, being close to all the amenities and sights, but also far enough away to be peaceful and relaxing.

Tout ! Le calme, la fraicheur nocturne et la gentillesse des propritaire ainsi que leur professionalisme. Notre bungalow était très spacieux (2pax) et bien aménagé. Les hébergements sont situés au cœur d'un joli parc végétal. Il y a une petite english school pour aider les petits cambodgien au sein de l'établissement c'est top! Les plats préparés par la propritaire sont délicieux. De plus, je vous conseille de programmer le treck avec cet etablissement on a passé un moment merveilleux avec ses amis (les guides) qui connaissent la jungle comme personne et sont tres sympathiques !! N'hésitez pas à booker !

The decor of the place is great. Lovely flowers and trees. Very nicely decorated, like little paradise. Owners are friendly.

If you're specifically looking for a homestay this is not the place. It is not a home away from home. This is just a family run business with around 10 ensuite bungalows. The owner is a nice guy but needs to get help, he can't run it all by himself. I arrived, got into my bungalow only for 30 minutes later to be moved into a lesser one that didn't have toilet roll, the complimentary water or even a toilet seat. A soup took almost an hour to arrive. The tour he promised me changed. I can't count the amount of times this guy said sorry to me. You won't have dinner with the family, it's a restaurant. He didn't have time to teach his free english class, because was overwhelmed with customers, and its not even peak season. I stepped in for that class. Otherwise, there's a rude paedophile looking guy there who volunteers to teach other classes He made me feel very uneasy with his staring and lack of ability to even say a hello. In sum, if you are looking for a homestay in particular. This is not the spot. If you have time to sit around and wait for things in the idillic gardens then this is your spot. I for one, will not return here.

El tour que ofrecen para ir a una fundación que tiene un señor francés. En el tour les pegan a los elefantes con una barra de madera y hierro para que caminen y se bañen. Pienso que este tour no se debería ofrecer.

Smey war super freundlich, das Gelände ist total sauber und der Host setzt sich sozial für Englischunterricht für Kinder ein.

Rooms are cozy, very clean and surrounded by an amazing garden full of flowers. Smey is a very valuable host, really keen in taking care of his guests. He helped us with transfers and with the organization of the activities in Banlung. Also, his wife is great in cooking.
