Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah zum Strand und beinhaltet fast alles was man für einen bequemen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer der Wohnung war Top.

Der Unterkunft fehlt es an Stauraum. Wir mussten den ganzen Aufenthalt aus Koffern leben.

The location is very good. Next to the beach and city centre

The apartment is announced as having “a seating area and 2 separate bedrooms” (see apartment description in booking) but when we came to the apartment we realized that one of the bedrooms doesn’t exist and that the seating area has got a sofa bed for sleeping there. Moreover, although the apartment is advertised as being for 4 persons, the sofa bed is so uncorfortable that no adult can sleep properly there. Maybe a kid but not an adult. The price per night is just too high for a 1 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed. Accessories in the bedrooms are all of plastic, very bad quality and are falling from the walls. The toilet downstairs has got all the cleaning utensils inside, which make it look more like a storage room than a toilet in a 150€/night apartment. The stair railing was loose when we arrived and due to a metal piece not correctly fixed, my daughter got a wound in her arm. The owner even tried to say that we have broken the stair railing. I requested a reduction of the price due to all this, specially due to the apartment not having the bedrooms as announced. Somehow a company not located in Las Palmas, but Barcelona, has to reply. Still after 16 days no reply and doesn’t seem to want to reply. But the worst of the worst is that still after 16 days of leaving the apartment in the same condition as we found it, we still have not received the deposit of 200€ we had to pay when we enter the apartment. When I call them they say I have to wait but this doesn’t sound serious to me after 16 days. I’ve been coming to Las Palmas every Christmas holidays for the last 20 years and renting an apartment in this area. This has been by far the most expensive one and the worst one. Price is for tourists that don’t know the city and treatment is completely disrespectful.

Мы останавливались уже не первый раз в этих апартаментах ,но первый раз столкнулись с ужастным низкого уровня сервисом со стороны владельца ключей, его хамством и абсолютно непрофессиональном поведении с его стороны . Такого сервиса мы не встречали раньше в этих апартаментах и нигде в вообще Нас заселили с опозданием в 2 часа , через час управлявший вернулся в апартаменты и сказал покинут апартаменты,что произошла ошибка, нам пришлось собрать вещи и ждать еще час возле дверей в другие апартаменты для заселения. При заселении нам дали инструкций какие шкафы нельзя открывать потому что там хранятся его личные вещи и он проживает в этих апартаментах тоже. На следующий день рано утром нас разбудил владелец ключей и хотел вешать шторы но мы отказали ему .. Все проживание прошло неплохо пока не появлялся владелец ключей и на мешал нашему отдыху. Апартаменты не в очень хорошем состоянии, очень заметно что экономят на чистоте и ремонте ,сантехника протекает, нехватает постельного белья и полотенце на четыре персоны. Особое внимание хочу обратить на чистоту, просто неубран пол, кухня, окна и туалеты,можно было и убрать.

На выезд Мистер пришел с опозданием, он очень тщательно проверил каждое помещение на наличие повреждений и грязи попросил нас забрать мусор с собой, мы согласились.подтвердил что все в порядке, пожелал нам хорошего полета, вернул нам депозит через терминал банка La Caixa и мы выехали .. Спустя один час начал бомбардировать нас сообщениемя через, что апартаменты в ужасном состояние и он соберзается удержать депозит с нас за испорченные стены которые он красил недавно показывая чеки за работу , оставленный мусор во всех комнатах апартаментов и непостираные полотенца и постельное белье и грязном холодильнике.. На выезд мы оставили апартаменты в хорошем состоянии, что он и подтвердил возвратом депозита. Мы оценили эту ситуацийиу как мошенничество с его стороны, он пожелал нам больше никогда невозврашяться на остров. Можно по разному оценивать выше сказанное но не делаете ошибки и оформляйте депозит только через booking.com чтобы не стать объектом мошенников.Мы никогда туда больше никогда не вернемся, Надеюсь Managements примет к сведению ситуацию и изменит ситуацию к лучшему. раньше много лет все было лучше

La ubicación es excelente, a un minuto caminando estás en la playa de las canteras,en playa chica. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, todo muy nuevo, los colchones, las sábanas,las toallas..todo muy agradable. Es un dúplex y la habitación principal y el baño con ducha están arriba, en la planta de abajo sofá cama, cocina y otro aseo, nosotros fuimos con nuestros hijos de 8 y 10 años y fue perfecto. La persona encargada del checking encantadora y dando facilidades, la comunicación perfecta. Se agradece mucho el detalle de tener gel y champú para los que viajamos sin facturar.
