We had a great time and it was nice to be in walking distance if everything. I agree with others about the noise so if you are not there to party and stay out late then this is definitely not the place for you. Bar downstairs was fun though!

We had the best time here! Location was perfect and the size was great! It rained for most of our stay, but because we were right next to a bar we were able to have dance parties on the balcony, in jammies… it was the best!

Great location. The only thing that we didn’t like is how loud the bar is behind the property. They do karaoke every night of the week.

I wish they showed pictures in the listing of where the balcony was, we didn’t mind but I know others may- it’s directly above a busy bar! The property was well kept and they brought us a broom so we could clean up some confetti which was nice we didn’t have to go out and buy one. Would definitely rent this one again!

We had stayed here for a fun bachelorette weekend with a group of girls. I had requested early check in but this was not guaranteed due to too many check ins. When we went to go check in, there were cockroaches (3) dead on the floor and we found that several other things were not properly cleaned (rugs, countertops, bathroom). We had a hard time working with the front desk to get someone over in a timely manner to properly clean it and it delayed our plans by nearly 4 hours (didn't get to go back in until 6 pm). After much back and forth they finally sent someone to properly clean the place and she was fabulous, but this should have been done prior to check in. The rest of our stay was better after the place had been cleaned and Lucky Savannah did refund us the first night due to the inconvenience which was appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The property was nicely laid out, roomy, and right in the heart of the city making everything pretty walkable. Lucky Savannah was incredibly helpful with everything, gave us great info about the city, and answered immediately when we had door code trouble. That being said, other comments about the level of noise are accurate, but that's the price for being so close to everything. Bring earplugs or noise-canceling headphones for sleep but otherwise enjoy the great perch above a fun bar.

We had the best time

Honestly, we absolutely loved our property. The location was perfect and the place itself was so spacious. The ONLY complaint we have was out of control by the property; but worth noting… the noise was mentioned in previous reviews, but we thought it would only be noisy from the bar downstairs and the other bedrooms would not be as noisy. This was definitely not the case- the walls are so thin every conversation held by passerbys, the street sweepers, cars driving by, etc all echoed loudly into the rooms. Definitely not the place to stay if you’re a light sleeper. But if you don’t mind noise, I wouldn’t pass this place up!

We had a blast ! Family food and football . It’s Fall y’all

We were walking distance to everything we wanted to experience - food, Savannah Smiles, dancing, River Street, Starbucks, and B&D’s patio for the Braves game! It was an incredible weekend! The unit was more than accommodating! Loved the fun vibe of the decor and the spaciousness of the rooms. Only complaint - I assumed parked would be more available. Loading and unloading was a bit of a chore with limited parking. There was good parking fairly close - just be prepared to walk. I would stay here again and I would definitely recommend this location if you want to be close to it all.

Great location, we never used our car after parking in parking garage. Clean, beds were comfortable. It was very loud in the queen bedroom due to bar being next door but we knew that going in. My only suggestion is that they need to purchase comfortable furniture for the living room. The couch and the plastic chairs were not comfortable to relax in at all. I would stay here again.

Great space, great location! Could not have asked for a better spot. Like others said, it is definitely a little noisy, but we expected that going in. Lots of fun for our girls weekend!

This property is literally ontop of a very loud bar that doesn’t get quiet until 3am so from about 12pm-3am it’s loud, thankfully it didn’t ruin the weekend we wanted. Short walk to River walk and City Market. We parked in the parking garage around the corner. **tip** park in the Alley-way next to the door of the apartment and unload and then go park. If you intend on cooking, I would pick food up before arriving at the apartment for check-inn. Overall we enjoyed our weekend stay. Thank you!

Apartment was clean and in an awesome location

The property was great and location was great however it is right over a bar/nightclub so the noise was super loud starting at about noon until 3am.

This property was a great spot for my brother’s bachelor party. There were 7 adults (both men and women) in our group. The place was clean and the location was close to everything, we never had to drive or take a cab. The back room is EXTREMELY loud as it is directly above The Rail Pub patio. The TV and lamp in the back room did not work, and the door looked like it was busted on the frame so it would not stay closed. Other than that the place was incredible. Good for adults looking to bar hop, I would not recommend for families with children or anyone that plans on sleeping before 3am. For us, we thought we found a gem. Loved it.
