The Host was friendly and welcoming, my room was well equipped and comfortable, free wifi, good continental breakfast selection, and a great location. The Guest house is only 10 minutes walk from the centre of Exeter, if you don't fancy the walk, there are frequent buses. A convenience store only 2 minutes away. My Single Room had everything I needed - nice clean en-suite shower room, Tea & Coffee making, wall mounted flat screen tv, and most important, a really comfortable bed! I will always stay there again when I visit Exeter.

I can't fault the St Anne's Guest House. If I was forced to write 1 negative point, it was that it was only a Continental Breakfast, but this is clearly stated, and not a major issue.

Nice little BnB ,host was very natural and down to earth ,the room was very clean and comfy ,such fantastic value for money , breakfast was decent wasn't cooked but a decent continental .

I think it would be nice if had fresh coffee at breakfast I understand in the rooms that's fine ,just a little cafettiera would do the job ,would just be a nice little touch .

The owner was extremely kind to provide soy milk and vegetarian items for me. The breakfast was ample, and the room was comfortable with tea and coffee provided. And they were very kind and took me to the station which was above and beyond helpful. It was a quiet residential neighbourhood about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town, which was fine. I was able to leave my suitcase early when I arrived and also after check out. They were very accommodating. Thank you very much.

Lovely guest house. 20 minutes walking distance from the town centre. The hosters were very nice and helpful. All the spaces were very clean room and confortable.

I was expecting more from the breaksfast, something hot made in the moment a part from cereals and pastries. The regulation of our shower was very difficult, the tempeture was changing constantly.

The location was ideal. The communication with the Guest House before arrival was superb. The breakfast was lovely & plentiful.

Spacious single room with kettle and coffee and tea. Continental Breakfast available which was a good selection

Incredibly noisy with students outside in neighbourhood at night. Room got cold at night but there was a blanket provided.

Location was good for shops and station. I walked but bus stop just around the corner. Plenty of choices for breakfast.

Friendly and welcoming. Well located for the University of Exeter, St Lukes Campus.

The room had all essential facilities. Breakfast was ample - far more than I took on this occasions. Street parking was free between 16.00 and 10.00 - eminently suitable for my requirements. An electrical socket outlet was immediately adjacent to the bed - well-sited! Curtains were adequate to keep out light from the street. WiFi operated well and the long security code was not a problem.

There were no major dislikes. The television had a limited range of chennels and so I missed one programme that I would normally watch on a Wednesday.

It’s in a residents parking zone. Nothing they can do about that however was hard to find a space and a bit of local advice on places to park would have been helpful.
