The property was absolutely stunning, the views were amazing. It was clean and the host was brill at making sure we had everything we needed - she even left us a basket of fruit, cheese & bread and asked if we wanted any shopping doing beforehand! I would recommend this place go anyone.

The only issue I would say is that the property is a little out of the way - if you have hired a car however this wouldn’t be an issue. It is about 15 mins from Loro Parque and any supermarkets but you have to walk up a hill to get to the apartment which should be bared in mind.

Property was excellent with panoramic views of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows of the apartment. Apartment had everything we needed and more. Lovely covered balcony with table/chairs and sun loungers. The dining area and lounge areas were next to the full length windows and it was lovely to relax and admire the views. Couldn't have asked for a better place and would love to come back. As lovely, if not more, as its photos. Thoroughly deserves it's high rating.

We visited in January when 2-3 of the evenings were quite cold. We couldn't make the radiators work properly or figure out the timing programs, and there were no instructions.

Great location, great modern apartment with an incredible view and amazing balcony. The host Angélica was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had. She brought a nice welcome gift with some chocolates, food, and wine. There was a locked off-street parking garage to park the car in.

I had to turn on the hot water myself so I didn't have hot water until the second day – it wasn't hard to figure out though and it wasn't a big deal. The apartment is designed for shorter people in general (I am 187cm). I almost hit my head on the exhaust hood above the stove a number of times, for example. The stove itself was great though, induction and seemingly very new. You'd definitely want a car to get there and to get around, but that's probably the case almost anywhere on Tenerife.

1) amount of sun in Puerto de la Cruz :) 2) ants are on the terrace and if you don't close the door, they quickly run into the apartment

Super views from the hillside location . Apartment was amazing and well equipped. Spotlessly clean and ideal for our break

Wasn’t something that bothered us but I would say that if you didn’t have a car and found walking difficult then the hillside location may not be for you. It’s about 10 mins walk from bars and restaurants but is uphill

The view from the bay windows. Very nice terrace and furniture. Inside living space was very airy, spacious and great natural lighting. Comfortable bed and great shower. Garage to store our bikes. Lots of external car parking.

Dishwasher would have been nice to have.
