Apartment was tired, not very clean and dated. Street noise was bad, especially coaches parked with engine running just below our balcony.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms with everything needed for a self catering stay. Very clean with an excellent cleaning service, good attention to detail and really helpful staff. Felt like a home away from home.

During our stay (January 2022) we moved twice. The first accommodation was on the ground floor next to the stairs and the elevator, overlooking the wall and garbage, the second accommodation was on the top floor towards the main street, something terrible after the second night of sleep we asked to change the room. They suited us, but it took us away from the time and comfort of the holiday. It is very bad that they do not take into account your written request for a room before arrival at the hotel. They do not take into account the age of the client. So I recommend the receptionists to be more welcoming as soon as the client arrives! Pool: cold water, no heating! Failure to observe opening hours, if you live near the pool at 8 o'clock, you have an alarm clock. Deposit 10 € for 1 towel by the pool! This pool is very small for this huge hotel, when we were 10 in the pool, it was no longer enjoyable! The hotel is without air conditioning! The fan is insufficient, even in January! You will die here in the summer! Shuttle service (offered by the hotel) from YURENA = Horror, old car! and the old driver flew down the highway like a moron, disobeying road regulations, talking to his co-driver and looking at her not to the road! He did not concentrate on the road, the other drivers trumpeted many times. Twice we had an almost serious collision! The second trip to the airport was delayed and a taxi arrived, for these two rides we paid € 108 for two people! I do not recommend! In-room safe 2 € / day. Upon arrival in the room we were greeted by a bottle of wine, it was great, + the husband had a birthday so the management congratulated him and received a bottle of champagne. Beds: quite comfortable, but some creak and disturb sleep at night! In case of any problems, the staff was willing to help! Internet: it is weak in the whole area, 50/50! The location of the hotel is high on a hill, which is not the best!

Doesn't look that special from the outside but the one bed apartment we had was large clean and very well equipped. Lovely balcony to sit on. Fantastic value for money and an easy walk into town. Underground Car park too.

Everything was fine. Apartment was huge and comfy.

It's interesting that hotel has his own parking, and you have to pay for it additionally;(.

They put us in room which was in the first floor and you had to take the stairs to get there. The problem was that we had a baby stroller and we had to carry it everytime we went out...(they knew we have a small baby) The room was to close to the entertainment lounge, not suitable to put the family in tist room. The breakfast was nothing special. They have six breakfast option so imagine eating the same thing for 11 days :/ Wifi is out of date, you have to sign in everytime it gets disconnected :/ The dishes in the room were dirty

Staff are friendly, well-trained and hard-working. Many of them have worked there for years, Reception staff are very helpful with local information. The apartment complex is one that many guests return to year after year. It is a little old-fashioned but provides a safe, comfortable environment and is suitable for family groups, couples, single travellers and anyone not looking for exciting night-life. The complex is on the higher level of Puerto de la Cruz, accessed by a lot of stairs or a long hill walk but taxis are not expensive. There are bus-stops nearby to visit La Orotava, La Laguna etc

The coffee at breakfast! Bears no relation to what you get if you order a cup of coffee any other time. Some apartments get no sun on balcony (but in December that is understandable).

Breakfast was OK. Simple not huge but quite enough. limited choice to 8 dished which were sort of the same. Rooms were cleaned and comfortable for 4 people (Apartment with 2 bedrooms). Comfortable, big beds.

Our welcome at the reception was horrible... We arrived by car and reception didn't allow us to park the car with our luggage in the parking. We had to park it in front of the hotel close to the stairs which was not a perfect localisation to park the car - even for couple of minutes.) We were obliged to go all together without our luggages to hotel to check in first where the receptionist was inpolite and complained that our ID (Europeen did not work with hotel's machine which reads them). We felt really uncomfortable speaking with her. The rest of the stay was ok. It was just a first impression and our welcome which was completely not ok.

The studio was great! We had a balcony with a nice view and trees in front of us! It is a quiet place and we could rest and enjoy our stay in Tenerife!

The clean service could be better.

It is a really huge flat and well furnished. I did not have wine glass and went to the reception to ask for some. 10 minutes later we were able to sip a glass of wine. Thanks a lot for their attention

Everything was perfect

The Casablanca Apartments are well located. The staff went above and beyond to help. I would definitely come back again in the future and highly recommend the apartments

The swimming pool! The flats are in the center of the city, the staff is very Nice and helpful. Very clean and spacious. I will love to come back again
