Muy buena ubicación, trato excelente por parte del anfitrión y el alojamiento estaba muy limpio. En general muy bien para el precio que pagamos.

Lo único que podría mejorar es en modernizar un poco el apartamento, sobretodo el baño que es lo que estaba un poco peor (la ducha y el WC únicamente).

Excellent location, very nice and friendly host Marcel. The apartments are bigger and better than on the photos. The Internet is good enough for work.

As it was mentioned in previous reviews, it was noisy outside.

Marcel is a great host who provides you with very useful information and the apartment has everything you need, from a fully equipped flat and kitchen, to a washing machine, to towels, a smart TV and a very comfortable bed. It is also situated very close to the beach promenade, to restaurants, supermarkets, bike rentals and bus stations. To get to the highway you only need 2mins. Parking spaces for motos were always available in the area. For us it was an almost perfect stay, there is only one disadvantage (see negative section), but that is no fault of Marcel or the apartment. We can still fully recommend this apartment.

It was VERY loud during the night. In this area there are many bars, restaurants and of course people stay out at night, drink alcohol and make a lot of noise while you are trying to sleep. Also the garbage containers ( i.e. glass) are directly below the windows (the apartment is on the fifth floor, but facing the street with the containers and a bar), so the bar owners throw their glass bottles into the containers even during the night while the garbage collectors come late in the evening (after 11pm) and early in the morning (before 7) to collect the glass garbage. And you always hear people making party or being drunk and loud. So over all, good sleep was limited to only one night out of 11 (due to it being a Sunday). So make sure to bring ear plugs.

Marcel is awesome and super easy to deal with, very friendly and provided a nice welcome. The place is just as shown in the photos--super nice and comfortable. You are literally steps away from the beach outside of the front door as well. Equipped with everything you need-TV/chromecast, fridge, gas stove, water kettle, laundry, towels...

Hopefully construction across the street ends soon. But that's not the fault of the place and is only temporary.

The position is great and really close to the beach and Santa Catalina park. The apartment is really comfortable and fully furnished over any prospective. Marcel is always kind if you need help or something.

unfortunally, during my stay, there was workers in font of the apartment (in the other building) so there was some noise in the morning.
