The staff were amazing. Super helpful and kind.

Unfortunately the room was big and spacious but the bathroom was so tiny, bit hard to manage.

loved the room, it had a very authentic and "rich" feel, no plastic or cheap material, everything was true natural wood, the bed linens were of great quality, every thing was wonderful.

only one thing i did not like, and i hope the hotel management reads this, as i intend to stay there again in the future , the location of the safe underneath the tv is extremely wrong especially for someone with bad knees or problems bending, the only way one can access the safe is by having to either squat or go down on his knees every time you need to open the safe which is quite annoying .

From the moment we arrived we were met with some of the most friendly and accommodating hotel staff we’ve ever encountered. They helped us with directions, recommended restaurants and got us tickets to the Rijks museum which was sold out on line. The welcome drink and free tea, coffee and water in the lobby were also a a lovely touch.The hotel itself is small but perfectly formed. It has all the modern comforts you would need and the decor is beautiful, down to the smallest details. In terms of location, the hotel is well situated close to the railway station and an easy, scenic 15/20 minute walk to the old town. We stayed in two triple rooms in the basement which were really nice and spacious enough for 3. Would have no hesitation it recommending this hotel for a weekend away with friends or for a couple

The lobby/reception is extremely small and also doubles as the breakfast room so you do have a feeling of intruding on people as you gather in the lobby or chat to the reception staff. It also could be slightly more central for coming and going from the main sites but that’s not such a bug deal as you spend your days walking anyway. Wouldn’t recommend for those with reduced mobility

Thé front desk clerks were very helpful and knowledgeable. Our breakfast was excellent and room was comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, near central train station and within walking distance of many attractions.

The breakfast was ok, coffee machine a little annoying if you like a normal size hot cup of tea or coffee! I knew there was no restaurant, which was ok, but we were disappointed there was not really a bar. You could get a drink but there was no ambience. I was also disappointed not to be able to open a bedroom window as I am claustrophobic. We think we were overcharged a little for the minibar/several beers in the hotel. The staff were all lovely and we had a great time in Amsterdam. Our room was nice, but we personally would choose somewhere with more facilities another time. This is possibly because we both became unwell during our stay and would have liked more easy meal/drink options. The upside this time was the hotel was peaceful and the beds were very comfortable, an advantage of somewhere smaller.

Less reliance on silly coffee machines, would much have preferred the option to make a pot of tea or french press/cafetiere of coffee. No real bar. Could not open the windows

The hotel is excellent and wonderful The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially the employee Rose The room is clean and the bathroom is also cleaned daily The location of the hotel is excellent and very suitable for families After eight o'clock in the evening, entering the hotel with a secret number, and that was good for safety I had the pleasure of staying here.

The rooms are cramped for 3 people because we had 3 big suitcases with us

What a fantastic hotel! Perfect location (very near main station, trams, and lots of places walkable), beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, lots of lovely details, and wonderful staff! Particular thanks to Alain and Nazirah who made us feel very welcome. Great recommendations from Alain and wonderful cocktails from Nazirah. We wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you.
