Beautiful city view from the balcony. The shower is powerful.

Location is excellent - 10 min by foot to anything. Spacious apartment. Kitchenette. Very close parking at 12 E per day. Very helpful hosts, replied to Whatsapp questions within couple of hours We were greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine.

Some minor issues: The plastic curtain in the shower deserves improvement - it des not prevent splashes on the floor, and folds in when hot water is used. The breakfast is decent, cereal, milk, bread and jams. couple of eggs - but we complemented it with vegetables and other products from a supermarket to make it healthier and more varied. This is certainly a matter of taste, The parking enforcement is fierce - we got a ticket when leaving the car on a street at late hours for few ours. But this is our fault. We should have moved the car to the nearby parking immediately.

Hot water wasn't enough for four people. Kids beds were in fact a couch, that wasn't comfortable at all. Very cheap furniture and in bad condition. Generally the aesthetics was not as presented in the photos.

I like the Appartment size and that the kitchen was very well equipped. They even left some raki for us. Breakfast was punctually left at the door early in the morning

The toilet got super wet when showering. Also the balcony due to the AC. It's a very loud neighbourhood so without earplugs I wouldn't have been able to sleep.

the breakfast was partly made up of individual sachet/portions. not sustainable and not necessary . slices of long life bread in a plastic wrap… not fab

The apartment was spacious and the location is near the city center (5min walking). View from the balcony was amazing. Host was responding to messages really quickly and he helped us with finding the street for free parking space (you can not leave the car in front of the building).

Host leaves the breakfast in front of the doors daily (1 egg, jam, nuttela ... / person) and it would be better to have all those ingredients already in the fridge for the whole stay so that the guest can choose to have either sweet or savory breakfast.

The place is actually apartments which on one hand very simple in an ordinary building, but on the other hand very very good. Spacious accompanied with wine and raki on the house. It is centrally located, 2 minutes from the center. Highly recommended if you are not looking fir luxury.

Great hosts always eager to help. Fantastic location in a quiet street within walking distance to the city centre and all the main attractions and amenities. Clean appartment with everything you need for a comfy stay. Would come back if visiting Heraklion again.

Very good location and nice balcony view. Good restaurants nearby, very nice bakery and bus stop to airport/port. Well equiped kitchen and pleasent interior.

Breakfast was very modest, and factory packed bread was expired and molded. Basically no breakfast before flight. Luckily very nice bakery nearby. Pillows were uncomfortable and wifi was weak and didnt work until terrace.

The location is superb, the flat is fresh and stylish.

The worst apartment we have ever stayed in across Greece and the all of Europe! I really don`t understand why they have this score. I chose this apartment according to the good mark they have + breakfast they offer. It is unacceptable! I guess the host have 4 apartments in the building and maybe the others are ok, but ours was not according to the picture, because I know what I have booked. The apartment was dirty. We have 2 kids who are used to take off their shoes, but when I´ve seen the dirty floor I asked them to put their shoes on. There was also hair on the floor and on the towels! Unacceptable! The walls were also dirty, it smelled old, the furniture is old, the microwave, the bathroom, the shower...everything looks like an old communism hotel! We are happy we only stayed one night because we had the fly on the next morning. I had to clean the dishes because of the insalubrious surfaces. The kitchen sponge and the cloth were used!!! Really? It is unhygienic! The breakfast was poor and low quality! Better without! There was also a bottle of wine from the host, but we didn´t take it. Thank you, but no thank you! I´m sure the hosts are nice people, we had a good communication, but the apartment really must be renovated so the other guests not to experience what we had! Such a bad experience in Heraklion after 2 beautiful weeks in Rethymno, ALSO in an apartment. The pictures "speak" for me much better!

Exceptional owners, extremely helpful and flexible. With their support and information they gave me, i managed to organize all my trip to Crete the best way possible. The house was very good equipped.

Number available to call and got into the apartment quickly. Breakfast set up outside the room everyday. Kitchen had everything we needed. Nice view and clean.

The sofa bed was very small for an average male adult otherwise great for a short stay.

Excellent location, not very quiet at night but it is in the middle of the town, very nice neighborhood otherwise, appartement is well-equipped, clean and spacious. We didn’t meet the hosts but they were responsive and flexible on the check-in. Nice, sunny balcony. Overall very pleased with this choice!

I liked the communication from the owners, the location, the providing of a city map, the quiet room for sleeping, the very comfortable pillows and the cleanliness of the unit. I enjoyed the central location, the fact that it is a 4 minute walk to the bus stop for the airport and the early morning arrival for the breakfast. He was very friendly and helpful with suggestions. This is an excellent value if you visit Heraklion and I would return here. I enjoyed my 4 nights stay here and recommend.

No extra pillow. we asked but never get one. we asked an extra blanket because of the cold but never get it. we stayed there for 10 nights and on the fifth day we asked for clean bedding and towels . that was the only time we get any. you need to pay for parking 8 euro per day . otherwise if you park under the building then someone will call the police and you will get penalty 20 euro.

Very comfortable bed - slept so well! The apartment was also quite tastefully decorated (not cosy but minimalist in a comfortable way). Good size apartment too

The breakfast wasn't a nice as I expected - could have had nicer bread and riper fruit. But it was really convenient and nice to have breakfast provided for, so appreciate that!
