Good location, have a swimming pool

There aren’t many facilities like shower cap , slippers and the blanket is thin, I’m not OK about that

Location is awesome and pool is the best,staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms very big and this hotel looks like been recently renovated. Hotel is close to everything and kuta beach just across the road. 24hr shops in front of hotel.

Breakfast portion to small, atmosphere, no mosquito net in the bungalow. It was not possible to rent a surf Board.

You have to pay for EVERYTHING , the price for surf lesson is INSANE (95$!!) !!! called surfcamp but you can’t even hire a board if you don’t buy a lesson (even if they are a lot available!!) You have to pay everything extra everytime so for the price of the room it’s really disappointed !! As well, once I wanted to work but the wifi was off … that was quite stressful but usually wifi was ok.

our room smelled like it was freshly painted, the big picture of the face above us was a little bit creepy but one could overlook it

the location is superb, just on the beach. Also the pool was larger than expected and the whole camp very quiet despite the busy area it is set in.

Small oasis in big Kuta. Close to the kuta beach - 20 meters. Very nice and clean rooms. Pool. Staff are very nice. Breakfast inklude. Best surf teachers in kuta.

The pool was amazing, really close to restaurants and to the beach.

The AC wasnt really working and when I asked several times to fix it, no one came.

I would not stay again in this place. General energy was off. From the cold receptionist to the uncomfortable bed, I didnt even stay for the breakfast.

Clean and tidy. All looks quite new. Staf is super nice. You are right in front of the beach and can rent surfboards and take lessons

Hotel has 3 sections, we slept in the oldest, where all facilities were outdated. Didn’t do checkup after first night (towels, toiletpaper, bed). Electricity and Wifi issue in evening of 6th.

location and cleanliness

very basic amenities, old bed sheets with holes, absolutely NO sound proofing (one wall is essentially and single-glazed window) so you can hear the street noise, people talking and all the insects.

The pool is nice and the beach is on the other side of the road.

I booked a bungalow but they gave me a standard room instead. The room was very basic and old and had a window to an alley. The lady at the reception didn't know why the room I had booked was alredy taken. They didn't know anything about activities around Kuta and they only have housekeeping of you ask for it. The staff is not professional at all. The hotel and surf school operating with them are mainly for Russian speaking customers. I tried to book a surf lesson with them but a private class would have been 90 USD. All the group lessons would have been in Russian. I booked my surf lesson with other school and that only cost me 20 USD. Location is great but the staff needs a lot of training. I don't recommend this place.

No phone, no fridge, salty water, open roof on toilet, mud floor

the location. staff very attentive. property well maintain. we had a blast while staying there!
