Nice place.
Size of condo, pools, lagoon. Near Walmart.
Clogged drains, no laundry facilities.

Great for groups/families without planned activities in Cancun and surrounding areas.
Very friendly host who will do everything possible to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Well maintained, spacious flat with all the basic amenities. The lagoon and pools are a comfortable space for families.
A taxi is needed to go anywhere in Cancun (not an issue if you want to stay in the condos; not so great if you're going to take tours or go to the beach). There is ongoing construction next to the building (occasionally noisy, but most importantly, not as visually appealing as in the photos).

Overall, the sites & tours were excellent.
Initial meeting with Gina & Eric was great. Gina went over a few items regarding the apartment. They were kind enough to take one guest to get us something to eat, since it was late. They even helped us with securing transportation. With the complex located “off the beaten path”, a rental car is a must. The apartment was in excellent condition, clean and inviting. Noting the overall complex, the pool & lagoon were great. Felt safe & comfortable in the area/location. While there is construction of a building next to us, it did not impact us at all.
All was going well until: Let me start by saying, we were aware that this is not a hotel, as I have used Booking.Com before. Also, with exception of a few face-to-face interactions, all communications were via WhatsApp. Could we have checked out and secured other accommodations within the city? Yes, but wanted to afford them the opportunity to correct the issue. Monday, August 29th, we discovered there was no hot water: - I made contact via WhatsApp. Hector responded with instructions as to what knob to use (not the issue) - Indicated he could send a plumber, but if when plumber arrived and there was hot water, we would be charged $100 U.S. Replied we would not be paying $100 U.S. They arrived around 2:15pm. Hector stating we can’t keep calling them because they have to leave their jobs. Hector checked it out and someone came (presumed it was the plumber) and it was stated that the “boiler” was failing, and he would get it taken care of, with our understanding that the “boiler” would be repaired. Next communication late Thursday from Hector with a simple “Hello”. We’re resilient and improvised. - Responded on Friday September 2nd with a “???”. Received multiple communications from Hector to indicate that the “boiler company” said there was nothing wrong with the boiler, and we should set the temperature at 27° (Celsius). Ask exactly how would we set the “boiler” (had no intention of doing that). Next communication was from Gina stating she hope we were enjoying our stay and what time would be checking out on Saturday September 3rd. Replied would be checking out at 12noon. Hopefully there is hot water for future guests. We complied with all instructions to include energy conservation and we left the unit in good condition, nothing destroyed or broken. Will we return to Cancun? ABSOLUTELY!!! Will we use Booking. Com again? ABSOLUTLEY!!! Will we stay in Dreams Lagoon Bldg. A, Unit 202? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! Wish I had more space to enter entire situation.

the property apt Torres A 202 had ants crawling on kitchen table and floor and also the inside entrance of the apt around the door and wall area were ants also it was a pink jug with a tube inside that had water already in it was instructed by management to not drink the sink water because of the yellowness in the water the small decorations pillow were stained the balcony door did not lock for your safety the stove had tape wrapped around it so no use of stove I’ve sent Booking.com lots of pictures as to proof they tried contacting the property manager but was unsuccessful I was requesting a full refund instead of granted property manager lied to Booking.com and told them I damage the property it’s not a safe place nor location especially with kids and people of class and dignity….

Its very roomy.
There wasn’t any hot water. Horrible construction work right outside our room from 8am-5pm. The lagoon also has many rules… this is also more of an Airbnb where the host is very attentive and active

I love the host, Ms. GEORGIANA WAS excellent and I would love to return and stay in her property again.
There wasn't anything I didn't like, we felt like a real vacation home away from home.

Our family of 6 had a fun, safe and relaxing week.
Our hosts were wonderfully helpful the entire week. The furnishings in the apartment were high quality, rspecially the beds and pillows. The pools were clean and beautiful.
