The house keeper was kind and tried to make the stay comfortable despite the obvious lack of space and beds for six adults.

When I booked, the description mentioned six normal beds (I have proof of this in my booking confirmation). This was needed as we were away on a work trip. A week before our stay, I log on to check the details again and it had been changed to a five-bed property! I called up for clarification, and they explained that it is in fact a five bed property with an optional sixth pull-out camping bed. There was no attempt to understand my confusion at why the description had changed between the time of booking and our stay! The bunk room had a pull-out bed at the feet of the bunk bed - it was ridiculously cramped for three adults and we ended up leaving a day early. A week after our stay, I check the house again out of curiosity and it has once again changed to a six-bed property, so either they're being dodgy or they just don't care about the bad experience that we just had.

loved how cosy this places is and very secure and dog friendly great for driving to different locations on Norfolk

I wished there was a local pub you could walk and be nice to have things in walk distance so you not always driving

Lovely cottage in a good location. Comfy, warm and with the feel of a happy home. Enjoyed the game of 'find the cutlery' (top tip, read the welcome pack!) Well enclosed garden for the dogs and lots of places to walk them nearby.

Some minor issues which need addressing ie radio didn't work, bath taps need replacing, but nothing that spoiled our enjoyment.

Not far from the beach by car. very quiet. Great garden for. the dogs.

Needs a good spring clean downstairs. The dining room chairs need replacing. After reading that everyone had written in the visitors book that they had received a welcome pack of wine, cake and milk we were upset and confused as to why we didn’t get a welcome pack!

Lovely accommodation with plenty of kitchen equipment and plenty of additional extras e.g. Games DVD,s books etc

The food hamper on arrival and just the whole decor, facilities and comfort xx

Great cottage but a few things in need of attention just to let you know as suspect you are not aware of them: Bulb in conservatory needs replacing Front door lock is very temperamental and the key sometimes isn’t turning the lock (checked with door open) Loo seats both not properly connected at the hinge on one side Left side of toaster not working Downstairs cloakroom smelt of urine No clear instructions/bins available in the house for recycling Cottage info folder v tatty Placemats need replacing/cleaning thoroughly
