Dejligt sted 😍 værelset var så lækkert og udsigten var utrolig 🥰 vores vært var utrolig sød og hjalp med en masse ting, vi er utrolig taknemmelige for en god oplevelse 😊

the staff were amazing. they helped us with booking entrance tickets for the park also gave good suggestions before we came to the park. great communications before, during and after the trip. great location in a new area in the park, at night time we walked around the area and got good local food. the comp shuttle service dropped us off at the park before the crowds came in and also pick up service was quick at the end of a long day. breakfast was delicious and a lot of fresh warm food and they had coffee too for us with American coffee addiction.

Very helpful staff, with lots of good advice and even lifts to park entrance and to and from restaurants when it was raining.

The whole place was lovely. The breakfast was a treat, and the bath on the balcony was heavenly, quite literally: when the pool lights went out at midnight the whole Milky Way popped into view/

I only stayed for 3 days!

I liked this hotel, location, personnel and the bath on the balcony. The room was large. I got a lot of help and guidance from the personnel, they really care and help. Breakfast was good. The place is calm and relaxing.

Everything was fine for me

The hotel is located really close to the National Park. The area is calm and silent, a paradise to rest in the nature. The staff was extremely caring and the front desk host gave us extensive explanations to plan our tours. We were impressed with their support. Excellent cost-quality balance.

The room had some dust, the cleaning could be improved.

The worker there are super friendly, they helped us to buy the entrance ticket for all the national park . They are willing to fetch you to destination which less than few minutes drive. The hotel is 2-3 minutes away from the Zhangjiajie National Park(zimugang ticket station)

located 10-15 mins away from the main city centre, so it gets super dark at night especially its located in a mountain. Not much choices of restaurant around the area. Limited breakfast choices maybe because of off-season. We are having the same breakfast everyday (soup noodle, boiled egg, baozi, fruits and coffee) that are served to us, which is quite disappointing for the price we paid. They only take Ali-pay for the payment in hotel so it’s better to pay via booking.com

Beautiful place with a nice pool, Great service. Easily walk to the gate of the Wulingyuan national park.or you can ask the hotel to drive you to the gate for free.Manger Gu can speak English very well . My family had great time there. I will definitely recommend this place.

Perfect host, pool, breakfast and accomodation

Very quiet with reasonable nice views,working distance to good restaurants, very friendly and helpful owners.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic view from our room. Very close to the entrance of national park. Definitely worth the money and highly recommended.

Absolute very nice team running this guesthouse! As a foreigner, only speaking few words of Mandarin, it was great that Tim helped us out with transport, tickets and sightseeing tips. This made our trip to Zhangjiajie really special. Thanks again!

The beds could be little softer…

I liked the hotel location (in the mountains) the views, the breakfast, the room and the friendliness of people there. Despite the hiccups, the hotel is worth the stay and I truly enjoyed my time there.

I didn't like that it has no lift and I had to carry my luggage on my own (20kg) down three flights of stairs as I had a 7am train to catch and the front desk was closed. I also didn't like that there isn't an option to pay with any international cards which can be a problem if one doesn't have enough money and the closest bank to withdraw it from is far away.

Perfect for some relax: the place is very quiet, has a very nice swimming pool and all the staff is super friendly. The room is very spacious and clean and has a big balcony with a nice view. We really enjoyed our stay!

The hotel facilities  were nice. It has a clean, nice swimming pool, the staff were amazing guys. The location was also nice. One of the Zhangjiaje national park's entrances is in just a 3-minute walk.  They serve for the breakfast rice  noodle soup, which is Hunan's best dish, and also good coffee and many more.  View from the hotel room was spectacular. You can see the beauty of the Zhangjiaje mountains right from the hotel room terrace. The double deluxe room has a nice terrace and also has a bath on it.  The Main thing is that Tim, the hotel manager, is the almost only one who speaks English in the region, and he managed everything for guests. If you need help of booking national park's sightseeing tickets, taxi or other things he's always willing to help. The other hotel guys were also helpful, polite, nice guys. Room was comfortable, room facilities also were very good. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

The staff was extremely accommodating with request and needs. They provided expertise on zhangjiajie and we had three full days of amazing sights! The pool is refreshing, clean and big enough! The location is ideal, close to the middle door to the park and staff can drive you there!

We had the best time as Tim and his teammates make everything very smoothly.

The property was very nice, clean, ideally located and the staff was incredibly helpful! It was so easy to find out all necessary information about all the possible tours and Tim supported us in so many ways… We could even get a driver very early in the morning to get to the train station at the day of the departure. I very much liked the atmosphere of the property especially in the evening when the sun went down and the water in the pool was shimmering. I would definitely go there again!

Everything was perfect

We liked everything. Tim is a great guy! Always helped us and created a rest for us! The room is super! A comfortable bed! Not far from the entrance to the park, there are grocery stores and restaurants. I recommend the hotel!!!

Time flies fast

Our stay at Nvue Resorts was great. The room was spacious and very comfortable with amazing view on the mountains. The breakfast is generous. The hotel is very well located, 10 minutes walk from one of the entrance to the national park (Wulingyuan) and with small supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff is very nice and helpful. They helped us book tickets and provided itinerary recommendations. Highly recommended!

All the stuff was very friendly, very helpful. Help me lot of things. The room was clea, landscape was perfect. I never ever have this kind of service. I like it vert very much

Manager Tim speaks English and helps to arrange everything, trips, tours, taxis, restaurant bookings etc to make your stay more relaxing and hassle free. Highly recommended

There's nothing not to like.

We had a great stay and warmly recommend Nvue! The hotel is quite new and has a good atmosphere, the village where the hotel is located is charming and next to the National Forest Park gate. Our room had a great view on the park’s mountains. Tim and the staff were very nice, helping us with tips and routes in the park and driving us to the park gates. One time they even picked us up at another gate (c. 20 minute drive). Breakfast was great and we would recommend the dinner as well.
