This is a simple little place just off the main road. It’s good for a sleep if you have a late flights and want to go to El Nido or somewhere the next day. Great price and nice staff.

Staff very friendly, Location Excellent to Nightlife & restaurants(all walking distance)Rooms modern only let down the bathroom needs updating (but you're paying higher if it was) have clothes drying rack in room for washing Under wear etc & have laundry outside gate if you require many items wash & dry. All in all fantastic value for money,I'd go back again.

Close to the airport and very friendly staff. They booked a tour to the underground river for us because we arrived late and night and wanted to do the tour before our flight the next day. They stored our luggage and we had time to get changed and have some coffee before leaving to the airport.

The behag was small, It’s a bit outdated and there was some mould on the ceiling.

They kept the place clean, fast wifi, living and dining area, location, they allowed us to leave our luggage because we had to go to an event out of town at no charge, and the staff were very accommodating. They also offer airport pickup which we're grateful for because we arrived at midnight. We especially loved the homely feel.

A spacious, clean and comfortable room. There is a kitchen with free coffee, tea and bread for breakfast The staff is friendly.

It was the perfect basic overnight stop before leaving for El Nido. Good wifi. Clean, sweet staff... loved the coffee and toast butter jam. Very homely feeling.

Mattress was uneven, but that's literally the only thing I can say.

Nice location, I only stayed a day but it was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the room was amazing and smelled very fresh . Free coffee . The staff let me check inn early which was great . Nice garden to chill and close to restaurants and bars . very good

The room is clean and the bed was comfortable. But what I love the most is that they have coffee and bread in the morning which you can freely prepare in the dining area. The location is also in the city center. You can easily walk to the interesting places near the area.

Just got a little surprise about the cute crawlers, I guess those are caterpillars coz they have some plants in and outside which I don't complain about at all. Just a little heads up to other guests just in case. I think in summer they'll be gone. Also, in the room where we stayed the faucet is a bit broken, so we have to adjust it to get it working. This is not about the place but taxis are not metered, so they will charge you that cost an arm and leg for a short distance ride.

A really homey place. Our room was lovely and the staff were really kind. The toast and coffee in the morning is a nice touch. The Wifi is good.

My only complaint would be that the water pressure of the shower wasn’t great, but it did the job.

Its an old home turned into a B&B, Located along Roxas Avenue, very close to Kalui and other establishments. 10 min away from the airport. Unlimited coffee and bread
