Location very close for city centre !

very dirty house and old utensils, one towel for 9 days, no toilet paper, smelly sheets and pillows, it looked like the house was abandoned. Note: he offered to clean it when I reported the dirt but I didn't accept it because it needs to be done first !

Due to health reasons the stairs were hard work. There are loads of kitchen essentials, would of liked more tea cups and baking trays. There is a leak under the sink when washing machine is on. Toilet seat doesn't stay up. These are just little things that can be fixed, and didn't effect our stay. We would love to come back next year if we could have a lower flat..

Good location with easy access to historical attractions, spacious rooms, good-sized beds

The property is quite dated and needs an uplift. While the bathroom was clean, the carpets were dusty and the kitchen appliances needed some cleaning. As we stayed just for two nights, we didn’t invest in tidying up ourselves, so chose not to cook at the place.

The cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom. I am not particularly fussy, I liked in a tent for a while, and on a campsite. The 2 bedrooms where fine. The sofa bed The mattress had stains on it.. the cosmetic of the front room was shabby, which was nether here no there. The kitchen was unclean, everywhere including freezer cupboars and fridge. The bathroom had rusty hinges that where yellow stained the toile was unclean and the general feel about the bathroom was unhygienic. This property would be lovely, with a thorough clean and some painting, or slightly refurbishment. That said we got around it and had a lovely stay the front room was okay to hang out in and the bedrooms had comfy beds. That were clean.

Our stay was within our expectations and suited our needs. Bathroom could do with a touch-up but was perfectly functional and had a nice hot shower. Kitchen could do with spring clean.
