Clean & comfortable. The owner had left a few basic food provisions which were greatly appreciated.

A little bit high tech… took a while to work out how to use the TV! 😆

We had an excellent stay at No14, we arrived a little earlier than expected but the host allowed us to leave our bags and also have a quick wash and change. The apartment is immaculate and had everything you would need for a stay over, its a shame we couldn't stay longer. The kitchen was well equipped including milk, tea, coffee, bread, jam and eggs for the morning. If we ever visit Portsmouth again we would not hesitate to re-book.

The house was absolutely gorgeous. nothing was missing. we felt like at home. We stayed for 1 night but we were really satisfied. the hosts were very kind and offered treats. Also, the location of the house was perfect.

Great location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Clean and modern. Fridge had some essentials for our own use including bread. Friendly hosts.

The property smelt of cigarettes and this transferred onto our clothes and we couldn’t spend much time in the apartment as it was making us feel ill. Please do not advertise as smoke free when it obviously isn’t

Very accommodating owners, we turned up early and they allowed us to leave our stuff inside until after it was cleaned. They then contacted me to say we could go in. I happened to mention it was my birthday and when we returned to the accommodation I found I had been left a card and a bottle of Prosecco to help me celebrate, very thoughtful and much appreciated.

The property is nice and well presented and very good location for visiting Portsmouth.

Unfortunately, the property smelled of cigarette smoke and it’s very disappointing especially as the property is advertised as non smoking facility. There was an ashtray was on the balcony.

Nicely furnished interior with great kitchen for two to chill at breakfast bar plus lovely walk in shower. Nice that some provisions like coffee & milk made available.

Arrived when dark due to travel delays & had to self illuminate key box to get key. Would have liked a reading light by the bed in the bedroom next ti bathroom.

Amazing apartment with everything you would need and more, great location very comfortable beds and very helpful owners. Bonus having a parking space 😊
