Very clean comfortable good-sized room, good shower, lovely hot water. Location good for bus station and for the beach. Staff very helpful.

There is no view but we weren't expecting one, and we weren't spending long times in the room. A dog was barking one night and early morning which was a nuisance.

Bedroom great, very private, all bedrooms off one long outdoor lobby. Very clean and modern. A few minutes walk to the beach. Felt very safe.

It’s not a problem as you can use google translate, but they don’t speak English. Not that it spoils it for me, just to mention if people want to know.

Clean and affordable lodging just off the beach and located in the heart of Progreso. Very clean.. The rooms are big and spacious. The bed sleeps like a million bucks!! It is not a big hotel. There are snacks and beverages available in the lobby. AC fridge and ceiling fans keep you cool and your beverages cold. Great towels and the linens were clean and fresh. Stayed here a total of 6 nights while in the area. It is my favorite interior space...for a regular room. The price is unbeatable. What a great value.

The view from your room will not be as good as the mattress you sleep on. But who comes to look out the hotel window! This place works perfectly for me.

Maybe only in our room but there were ants on the floor, and the light in the bathroom sometimes lose connection, staff no speak english at all
