Staff was friendly. Second room: bed was comfortable. Great location.

First room # 9, was so small the door hits the bed. Bathroom had black mold on walls and no ventilation. Broken window taped up with cardboard. Asked to be moved. New room beside front desk. ( place was almost empty, but this was the room they said was only available).Noisey from staff talking ,laughing until 12,.watching games at front desk. Night staff starts cleaning, banging around pool at 5:30( right outside my room) Room bed was comfortable and clean and clean floors but shower stall, toilet,mirrors,sliding glass doors were filthy. I had to clean it myself. But it is a cheap hotel, so didn't expect too much.

Everything in this gem of a hotel was great!!! This is are second time here, the first time we stayed a couple extra days to explore and enjoy our pool and room. This time we have to go but know we will be back. It is close to central, maybe 5 minute walk, Pemex gas, banks, oxxo, restaurants, snacks, very good location. Our place of choice here. The pool out your door and birds and fruits on the trees, the grounds are of envy. You will not regret coming here for the price and for comfort.

Breakfast/lunch was a very pleasant surprise. Local cuisine that tasted excellent and was very good value. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

For the money paid, the facilities were fine. I knew it wasn't a 5 * resort so my expectations were not too high. So, what I got was better than I expected.
