The unit was extremely nice and newly renovated. Only about 100 steps to beach, and theirs really good restaurants around. Had a washer/dryer. The support person, Gabriel, was extremely helpful and kind. The wifi was fast enough to do video calls for work and stream Netflix in 4k. Very surprising. AC was fantastic. Overall the unit was very satisfying to stay in for vacation.

The unit could use a lot of cleaning supplies- there was basically nothing. We did not ask Gabriel, maybe he had some. There is also a major ant problem. We had them coming out of everywhere, and we did everything to get rid of them. They were even eating my pills and prescriptions from the doctor!

Lovely full service apartment across from the beach. Has a lovely view and very comfortable rooms.

I liked the location,close to the beach,close to some restaurants.Not too difficult to take a bus.

Some things had to be decoratively finished,like the headboards we saw online,a finished look.Coffee maker for perked coffee,not the new modern coffee maker with the cups you use,couldn't find them at the supermarket.We had to have instant coffee. Dryer still had to be hooked up.Host did compensate for that issue.Water pressure wasn't good at all.In the kitchen,no warm water or water pressure.

The apartment was equipped with all we needed to enjoy our stay. All infrastructure around like oxxo restaurants as well the nice beach is easily accessible in walking distance. We enjoin very much the service of the apartment owner who was contacting us frequently to ensure we have a great stay. Even we traveled during winter time the pool was great to swim in the morning till noon. We sure can recommend the apartment. Almost forgot... the guarded entrance gave us much secured feeling :-)
