Loved every minute of ir. Close to fishing and tiwn

Nice and spacious for a large group, very clean and tidy and ability to arrive late worked well. A well-equipped kitchen.

Couldn't contact by phone, tried several times to double check a late check in, however it all worked out in the end. The hot water didn't work, it was great in the evening but not in the morning.

Nice, cosy and fancy accomodation.

No boat on lake due to cold weather.

Beautiful facilities, so close to the lake. The stars at night were a highlight. Staff were friendly and check in/ out was easy. Perfect for our one night stay.

I was a weary traveller looking to rest, eat, & sleep. I booked on line from Tekapo 1/2hr before they shut. It was just a cabin, no frills but warm & cozy.

Large camping on the banks of Lake Ruataniwha, with decent facilities. I stayed alone in a bungalow that would host three, so the house was big enough for me but I can imagine some struggle with a full house. It was relatively cold when I stayed there, but the electric heater provided easily kept the place warm. Bathrooms were ok and clean. There is a small store at the entrance to the campsite for some urgent must-haves.

I struggled to get in touch with the staff while checking in - although it was already dark and after sunset, so I assume they don't normally check in guests this late. Otherwise nothing to complain about for a camping place.

Small but comfortable room, very clean kitchen and shower area.

Kitchen doesn’t have any cooking utensils, no cutlery or plates. So be aware of this if you plan on staying and cooking here.

The room was a good size. Loved the night sky there with minimal light pollution.

There was no cutlery, plates, pots or pans at the main kitchen. I had to go to reception and ask about it. They had containers for 2 or 5 people that you could pay a bond for. This wasn't mentioned anywhere and not mentioned when we arrived. Staff member not very friendly about it. Although other staff members seemed nice. Could do with a sink in the room. Cleanliness of toilet block average. Shower cubicles very small. The park like setting and amenities look very tired although has the potential to be amazing.
