The staff is nice and considerate. We arrived late, it was not office hours, but received both handwritten message and online message in my booking account. They gave us clear instructions on where to park, how to get into our room etc. The view from our room is nice, although we spent most of our time in Mt. Cook, it is a plus. We enjoyed the morning coffee and view before driving to Mt. Cook. They have many facilities that make our stay there very convenient, including all kitchen facilities, fridge, microwave oven, and even toaster. What most impressed us is they even have washing machine and drying rack in the room, saving your money and time for laundry. The location is good, near to the supermarket and restaurants. They assign a parking lot to each room, so there is no need to worry about the parking.

Nothing much to complain about. The only thing is that due to the wooden structure, there is noise of floor cracking when walking around in the room, but we were not bothered by this too much.

Location was great, able to walk to restaurant's, shops etc. Brand new kitchen was very nice.

Bathroom was dated and had mold around the bottom of the shower. Could hear the people upstairs walking around at night as the floor was squeaky.

it is in a quiet spot and it was clean.

Given all of the places we stayed all over NZ we thought it was very expensive for what it was.

Loads of room, handy to all local facilities and very comfy.

Network signal is too weak The water temperature is always cold that means we cannot take a shower.

Gute Ausstattung der Küchenzeile, geräumige Dusche, bequemes Sofa, vernünftiger Esstisch. Verkehrsgünstige Lage, dennoch nachts sehr ruhig.
