Big spacious living room with double aircon, dining seating for 4-6pax, long spacious kitchen (didnt use it), convenient small kitchenette with oven and sink (i didnt use the oven), 3 toilets (2 with showers, 1 with jacuzzi), mid low level, good view, easy to pickup key and need card to access apartment 👍🏻

Main room (which sleeps 3pax) aircon was not cooling on day of checked in to the 6pax apartment. Thought such simple thing could easily be done before guest checkin. When shared the aircon issue with the agent, was told to wait till next day for technician, and cannot tell us what time Tech come?!?! I asked then how to survive at night w/o aircon and asked for refund. Its not allowed and agent said will charge 1 day becos i asked for early check into the apartment. But that was bcos i had came to JB earlier and happened to be staying in the next door studio apartment, which check out was 11am. I had asked for early n was allowed checkin earlier to 6pax apartment to drop my luggage before the group comes in the late afternoon. Anyhow they offered another of their sister apartment 20-30mins drive away from JB custom in opposite directions from the current apartment, which is about 20-30mins away from the malls too. Which silly person would take that??? So we were then stucked, we tried calling booking.com helpline to negotiate also same offer. And it all happened cause they didnt even checks the apartment before guest arrived and we are penalised for it,some service! Thus closing offer was they allow 2pax back to the studio but we had 3 strangled pax, simple math! We accept and make do to since we already exhausted an afternoon negotiating, wasted time! Before all end i shared we would be out next morning 7.30am as had plans for whole day. And guess what! Next morning the technician contacted me directly at 8am and said we need to be around when he come check on aircon?!?!? I was simply stunned. I discussed with the group, no one wants go back to apartment to watch tech fix aircon, not when we just there for 3D2N. So we message the agent to solve this, all i got was a "ok". Subsequently no update aircon was fixed or not. Good thing Aircon was fixed when we returned that night.

Very nice and comfortable studio apartment. Clean and simple deco from entrance to kitchen, high table for dining, bed area and functioning big wardrobe.

Toilet always had heavy moldy smell even after leaving the toilet vent on whole night. Didnt use the jacuzzi cos of the toilet smell.

bugs in unit, broken aircon remote and shower tap, shower holder, shower head, toilet flush, toilet smelly, 1 room card inconvenient, not enough blanket to match beds

Clean. Free WiFi. Easy to check in and check out. Ample of space for the family.

Very nice pool and nice well equiped apartment. Very friendly service and they really tried to help in problem situations

It was difficult to find food shops nearby. The building had a small shop but for buying for example fruits you had to go quite far

Cheap and functional, check in was easy, and it's a common pickup/dropoff point for the Grab app for transport + food delivery

Not a problem with the property itself, but the location is a little awkward for walking to Sentral/CIQ due to busy roads with no crossing points, despite it looking super close on the map.

Comfortable beds, good location and the view was fantastic

Jacuzzi not working

Great view especialy at nite. Co incident cny day so can see lovely fire cracker everywhere. Easily parking. Everything just very fine.
