Nothing, really nothing!

Flat lost in middle of a big house badly partitioned, Very difficult to find. Outside very dirty. It is a nightmare The owner is very careless, anthipathic and bit arrogant.

Well situated and good facilities

Missed the location of the thermostats( did the wrong one) so it could have been warmer

Two damaged items of furniture and they accused us of breaking a sofa bed and refused to refund deposit even though we had reported the issue

Excellent central location very convenient

Felt like a home from home. Really comfortable bed and surroundings. Had a great deal for a mid-week stay. Best location next to the cathedral. Soundproof enough that the bells didn't disturb at all.

Heating instructions didn’t match the boiler, so we couldn’t get the apartment as warm as we wanted. Broken and loose plug socket in one of the rooms.

Wasnt massively clean when i got there, but i myself am a student so i wasnt too bothered…

Key pick turned out to be very easy.

There was some confusion about the need for a fairly hefty deposit sent to a bank account outside of Booking.com. It wasn't neccesary in the end, but it felt a bit strange.

We liked all of it. The location was perfect. We were going to the theatre and the it took 5 minutes to walk there. The property was opposite the cathedral , perfect. Easy instructions to access the building. Great communication with proprietors. Both bedrooms had en-suite bathrooms with good showers. The building was quiet considering how central it is. A great time had by all.

Cleanliness is not best, I did clean some things before staying. Apartment is lacking a bit of love paint work, bedding. Please check that your appliances work microwave smelt of burning so did not use. Oven had a heating issue which owners knew about and admitted after I asked. As wasn’t able to cook food I had already brought complaint being written as we speak. Pointless to stay in an apartment to make food when you couldn’t I was disappointed.

Close to city centre perfect location

Spring had gone in the mattress I was 3 inches lower than my husband. I felt like I slept in a ditch I couldn't roll out of .needed a bit of sprucing up tatty edges Eg broken tiles in the bathroom leaking ceiling in bathroom Dirty and broken blind in bathroom Lam floor trim all peeling Freezer that full and Dirty with ice the freezer door didn't shut reported the issue and got told they would be sorted for next guest and there apologies hopefully we would book with them again so we can see the changes made not sorry for your discomfort and convince here's a good will gesture of 10% nothing

the view of the Cathedral was amazing. The sound when bells went off was not loud giving that the Cathedral was less than 100yds away

Staff were super helpful helping me check in, I really appreciate that! The apartment was nice and clean, spacious rooms and en-suites. Very convenient location and great value for money.

Sofa bed not so comfortable. Got a bad neck and headache from sleeping on it. Im only 5 ft so not suitable if taller. Had to swap bed with my son as he was hangingout from it and hes only 5ft 8.. One sofa had a stretchy black synthetic cover which cheapened/let the lovely sitting diner kitchen down a bit.

Great location. Comfortable.

Kitchen/living room a little stark. Noisy during the night as other guests went up and down the stairs.

Location was amazing. Heating was amazing, lovely and warm.

Flat was nowhere near as nice at the photo. Layout different Stained furniture No rug No coffee Poor standard Ironing board Hob should have been cleaned, food rings ( hob cleaner would have sorted this). Juice rings on the bedside table. Scruffy kids lamp on bedside table Thick dust on the sockets Bathroom mirror dusty above reach height. Not a comfy living dining space. Plastic food bag over fire alarm in the studio kitchen-lounge. (I can only assume it is to stop the fire alarm going off when cooking)

The back gate to the bins didn't close properly so it banged a lot in the night...below my bedroom window. It's an easy fix.

Excellent, central location, clear instructions for check-in and facilities, and place was spotless. Great communication from hosts and deposit swiftly returned. Will definitely stay here again when next in Sheffield.
