When right after check in the room, found the bedsheet and blanket is not tidy up neatly that feel like someone was in the room before. However, the hour I checking in is late and tired, so doesn't approach receptionist for further of these.

i love the concept. love the interior design. love the ambiance. going to places decorated with plenty of live plants is always my top priority.

the drain in the toilet, at the sink and shower was clogged. the rooftop lounge was not well maintain, dirty and bushy. same with the cafeteria. so dissappoited. too abandoned it feels as if it's haunted. i guess it's expected with that price.

The flexibility to check in late.

1. Friendly staff who helps to accommodate my stay there 2. Clean room with working airconditioner 3. Nice rooftop view and pantry 4. Have a self-service washing machine and dryer

1. Just that the MRT isn't complete there so I have to take Grab from KL Sentral. Otherwise all is good! 2. The room a bit small

The design of the hotel

1. The location- it was near the mrt kontenman, newly finished and it wasnt open yet. Right beside the big road. And it was so noisy especially with the sound of traffic. Especially with motorbikes 2. I dont feel safe here. Honestly it was quite scary. At around 2.30am, i hear someone was knocking on my door, and scratches my door. 3. The room is very dusty, it is small space, and i dont feel its clean. We were sneezing a lot. The towel didnt feel very fresh 4. Overall, i dont recommend it staying here. It was very different from the photos, and the hallway was dark n the room was quite gloomy

its okay for people who just want to sleep and bath. many ootd spots too

the room is made for 2 persons only so its kinda small for 3 of us. we wanted to go up at the rooftop but seems like scary since its kinda of dark and the dining area need to be maintained. parking ARE NOT provided. the room doesn't soundproof so people can hear u from the outside.

The only things i like about this hotel is the design. The rest nothing is up to standard.

Noise. Noise reduction is almost absent, located next to a main road i feel like sleeping on the street, the vehicles honks & noise is terrible. No maintenance at this hotel despite design concept and idea is excellent. Level 3 seems to be abandoned.
