We stayed in the "Deluxe Apartment" Located at the bottom of the hill up to the Cité, on a lovely street with loads of cafes and a few shops, this place is situated perfectly. There's a small convenience store directly opposite the front door - so convenient I treated it like a kitchen cupboard, and just popped over whenever I needed something. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and really nicely decorated. The main bed is a 160cm King size, and the mattress is clearly of a very high quality. The two single beds have similar quality mattresses. Kitchen has everything you need to make a meal if you want to, although I didn't do any more than prepare some breakfast. Living room has a really spacious sofa, in front of a decent smart Tv that you can put your netflix and amazon accounts onto if you want. And if you were planning on working from here, you can rely on a solid internet connection - it's running at Gigabit speeds!

Location was superb. Great view of the castle and opposite a range of shops and restaurants. Car park was only a few minutes' walk away.

Only comment would be that the balcony is very, very warm thanks to the air con unit so choose your seat wisely!

Air conditioning during a heatwave. Location is excellent, right at the cross-street that leads to the Carcassonne castle. Just a few steps away from one of the better restaurants along Rue Trivalle.

Excellent location close to the city. Really enjoyed the easy access to both old and new city. Short stroll to each. Layout of property worked very well for us with older kids. 15,13,10

One bedroom was upstairs with a low beam at top of stairs and a few times our kids hit their heads but nothing serious. Just a minor gripe!

Fantastic apartment - brilliantly located, excellent facilities, wonderful air conditioning in the heat and really quiet as on a pedestrianised street. Atmospheric location with a view of la cite and cafe and restaurants in the street below. Easy parking. Wonderful host always available to answer questions. We will stay again definitely as a wonderful place to stay and so much to explore in Carcassonne and nearby.

clean, modern, fully equipped two bed apartment in central location.

This is a fantastic apartment in the heart of Carcassonne. We stayed for four days and enjoyed eating on the balcony. The automated check-in was simple, with clear instructions. I had a couple of questions for the host and they always answered quickly. The apartment is immaculate and has all the amenities you need, it is also spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend and will be returning. There is a small shop directly opposite for fresh baguettes and croissants in the morning and a Carrefour in the main square for a more extensive shop.

The location was just the best, in one of the most beautiful streets of Carcassonne. The host was very helpful and informative.

Excellent location with a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is fresh, yet charmingly rustic. The pièce de résistance is the balcony and view of the outer defensive walls of Carcassone fortress.

No plates in the kitchen! The aircon in the sitting room is a bit noisy. The dishwasher was full and hadn't been put on.

The area, it was right beside the castle and very peaceful. The shower was lovely, and sitting out on the balcony was nice.
