This was probably the best accommodation I had in several years. This review is valid for the apartment located at the ground level (with 2 bedrooms/3 beds and a small living). The apartment is in a quiet area, with a very nice yard, full of blooming trees, spacious, with at leats 3-4 places to have an evening chat outside, if the weather allows, with parking space inside the yard for 2 cars. The furniture is classy, sculpted wood, classic but not old, solid but not not big, with plenty of room for clothes and other stuff. The bathroom is big enough, very well lit and well aired. The kitchen has everything one needs for several days (except a chinois for tea...). Everything was spotless, the house is nicely decorated and rooms are noise proof. The lady that represented the host (the host was on vacation) did a very good job, describing various tips and places. It is always the details that make the difference and this host knows it. Congrats!

The second bathroom connected to the apartment that I reserved (advertised as such) is only a wc. The description of the sections of the big house is not clear. My reservation stated that I got the entire apartment, of 400 m2 (which of course I did not need) with 7 beds (which again I did not need). The description of all individual rooms or apartments should be clearer.

The hospitality of Jorge is great. The staff was very helpful to give advice about Granada. The apartment is authentic and perhaps looks old. But still it is very nice to stay here. It is a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Also having a free parking spot was a nice to have.

Unfortunately the refrigerator was not working.

Location, owner, drink on arrival plus a bottle of wine for later. Beautiful property especially after the owner told us the history of it. A lovely place to stop with car parking so close to the centre.

The host (Jorge) was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. The Carmen (house) was gorgeous!

The host was super lovely and helpful. He's staying in another part of this beautiful villa, so he was able to both check us in and out. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and even though it was very hot while we were in Granda, the house remained pleasantly cool. We appreciated that we could keep our car parked behind a gate and walk everywhere. The host also shared some really uselful tips with us.

Jorge is really a nice host. He was recommending places for us to visit. The house was clean and everything was perfect. The apartment is really big and comfortable with air-conditionings and also has a garden, so close to city center. I'd highly recommend this apartment for anyone would like to spend a good time in Granada specially travellers ❤️❤️

The house is so beautiful and the terasse especially. The host was wonderful and gave us good tips on what to try at the mercado and other things :) if you are into moderni apartment this is not your thing. If you love nostalgia and a beautiful view - Come here.

Location was brilliant, just 10 mins from town centre, but far enough for peace and quite. All the facilities you could need. Full kitchen spacious lounge and bedrooms. Fantastic terrace. (Big enough to park 10 cars). The owner Jorge was great. Upon arrival he took us for a tour of town, explaining everything we needed to know, free of charge. ( via a translation device). We wanted to pay him for his hospitality, so we offered to buy him a drink. He took us to a real Spanish tapas bar, where we had the best jamon asado (roast ham) ever.
