Thank you so much for your Beautiful Place To Rent! We Loved Everything About This Place & Check In Was Fairly Easy, Except The GPS Had Us Go Left To The Units On The Beach Gulf Side Until We Asked Someone & They Said We Must Be Across The Street On The Orher Side....Ooops I Hadn't Realized They Had 2 Sections of Palm Bay Resort With Multiple Buildings On Both Sides Of The Street😆....But We Figured It Out & Ck'd In W/O Any Problems Except For The Refrigerator Door Did Not Work Properly.

Clean, bright and airy Great size of condo, Nice walk to beach

The property is lovely and the location can’t be beat. You have access to a heated pool on both ends of the condo structures plus the beach is a short walk from anywhere on the grounds. There are a few items in need of repair that I will directly report to the owner. The posted picture makes you think that is your view from windows inside your condo when actually the picture is taken from the balcony. Your view is the rooftop of the 2nd floor condo…ick. The no key entry is definitely a plus as long as the code is changed for each renter.

We really enjoyed our extended stay in this condo. Very clean upon arrival. Some furniture upgrades would be nice, but would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful, well appointed condo. The staff and host were very accommodating! The pools, hot tub, pickle ball courts, fitness center, and beach chairs made our stay so easy and fun! Thank you! We will be back!

Love the property, perfect location!

I recently stayed here for a week with my husband and 2 kids ages 2 and 6. The condo was a nice size, very clean and nice kitchen area for cooking. Great location with being able to see the inter coastal from the balcony. Short walk to the beach. Overall I highly recommend this rental.

The lady in the office was less than hospitable. There was a dirty diaper in the bedroom. Other garbage in bathrooms and kitchen were nt emptied from previous guest. The floors were not swept let alone mopped in the bathroom. Hair, dirt crumbs and ants all over the floors in every room. The ants were so bad we couldnt leave anything on the counter. So bad that just sitting on the white couch we would fond two or thee just crawling on us. Coffee maker leaks everytime. The remotes to tvs didnt work. Overall good location, filthy stay.

This property is beautiful. It was very very clean. Has everything necessary for a stay. I was very happy with the unit. The view of the bay is beautiful. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The place is very well kept and clean. I really enjoyed this vacation. The owner was easy to contact and responded promptly. Unit is big and spacious. Loved it.

My first time with VRBO, so I was a bit nervous about the arrangements, but the owner communicated easily and responded quickly to questions.

Stayed here twice before. Beautiful place. Palm Bay staff excellent and friendly! Condo is very large. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family! Host is very easy to get in touch with. Easy checking in and out!

The unit we rented was great. Doug, the owner of the unit was pleasure to deal with. The unit was exactly as detailed. The plus to staying in this unit is it is spacious, quiet and located on the gulf side. A short walk to the beach. Definitely great to be away from the noise and craziness of all of the guests staying in the main tower of the property. The only issue we encountered, which as told to us by on site property owners was the elevator in the main tower. NOT the elevator where our unit was located. The reason I bring this up is because we had family and friends staying in the main tower, and three times this week in particular alone, the fire department had to be called out to help people out of the elevator which had broken down with them in it. More of a reason to rent in a unit such as the one we rented on the gulf side.

We had the best stay and the accommodations were perfect! I love the smooth check-in process and the place was absolutely beautiful!! There were lots of towels supplied and plenty of the paper essentials. We are definitely planning to book the same residence next year. We love the Palm Bay Club but especially love this unit. Thank you for everything.

The condo was spacious and clean! The pools were beautiful and it was an easy walk to the beach. Would love to stay there again!

Great place to stay. Supposedly only 1 parking spot per unit. We stayed at the far end of the bay side. Unfortunately people from the Gulf side who like the small pool and hot tub park on our side during the day. That makes parking for the actual residents a problem.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was just what we needed and the views were awesome! We especially liked that there was easy access to both the beach and the bay from the complex. It had everything we needed and Doug, the host, was super nice and easy to work with. Suggestions: 2 more beach towels and new blankets for the beds. They seemed to be older and stained a bit. Thank you!

Location was awesome and so is Siesta Key. We come often. The condo was not so great other that the spaciousness. The place was dirty and run down. Several broken items...chair, screen door, blinds, hair dryer. Walls and woodwork were so nicked raw wood was showing...the place needs a new paint job. Deck only had a table with no chairs. Only 2 Adirondack chairs other condos had 4. Incidentals for a 2 week stay...2 rolls of toliet paper per bathroom and 2 kitchen garbage bags and no paper towel. The bedding was dirty...blood on the sheets ...obviously never laundered. We ended up washing all the bedding including the blankets and the towels. The place was severely dusty. We dusted everything and wiped the floors down. Hair and dust bunnys and crumbs on the floor throughout...gross. Prior to cleaning ourselves we contacted the owner per his instructions 2x. We received no response. Unacceptable. If you rent from the Palm Bay Club rent from the management company and not through this VBRO.

We’ve been staying in this condo at holiday time for many years when we take a break from the Michigan weather to enjoy the Florida sunshine. It’s always clean and comfortable with great communication from the owner when needed. The Bayside location is perfect for enjoying the sunrise, Jacuzzi and pool with the beach just a very short walk away. We are already looking forward to next year!

What a beautiful vacation we had. Seista key beach is second to none. Thanks to Doug for excellent communication with our trip. Cant wait to go back!

There may be better places to spend some time at the beach but I haven't found any. Palm Bay is the perfect location for all the activities at siesta key and this condo in particular is one that will forever be dear to our hearts. The views are gorgeous and the amenities were fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

Had trouble getting in and out with the lock owner finally called me back and was no help. Very outdated. The couches was old and very worn. The mattress was horrible to sleep on and the remote control had to be worked from the closet didn’t know that until I talked to the owner. I would never stay there again. Very disappointed
