Great location,big room and great food at the restaurant

It was clean,but the housekeeper only took the garbage everyday but did not clean or replace towels and sheets.

The lake is nice. The bed was comfortable.

The room smelled like cheap perfume the first day and like urine the second day. The furniture was old, the bathroom was older, the restaurant was like in the 90's. We were told that breakfast is served at 8 but the staff arrived at 8:15 and just started preparing for serving. The breakfast was horrible. In the evening the portions too small. There is a better hotel 500 before this one with the exact same prices but a lot nicer. The prices are much to high for what you get. The staff tries to be nice but seem like they are traped un a 90's bad movie.

a bit old, we had two single beds together (not one double), the door for the balcony was damaged, the birds are very loud at night, there are no restaurants nearby

The location was beautiful, the building was beautiful, the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room (or suite, rather!) was huge, and very clean. The food from the restaurant was delicious, and the lakeside setting made for a wonderful dinner!

It would have been nice to have a shower as well as the spa bath - there was definitely room in the bathroom for it! But that's a very minor thing really!

Nice location, very clean rooms and helpful owner. There was a possibility to get to the apartment late at night.
