The upstairs rooms were lovely, great size with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. The property was well cleaned daily. It felt safe and was easy to get places fast on mopeds. It is walking distance to some restaurants and bars

It is right next to a construction site, so there was constant noise, had I had been informed of this we would have stayed elsewhere. The builders lit fires which filled the villa with smoke. No ones fault, but the mozzies were out of control. Power went out downstairs in the morning and was not fixed until the evening. The downstairs bedroom felt like the servants quarters, tiny with uncomfortable bed.

The property and staff were amazing. So much space and very well kept. This villa has everything that you need. So close to all the cafes, eateries and shops. Staff were so helpful with anything that needed attention. Would definitely highly recommend.

The only thing I would recommend changing is both shower heads in both upstairs bathrooms as they were a bit old and need replacing as it wasn’t functioning at its best.

Everything. It was close to restaurants, shops, tattoo parlours, cafes and laundry places.

The rooster.. But got used to it eventually haha.

Pros : Location is good , beds are comfortable, security staff are lovely and very helpful. The Villa itself is lovely design and pleasing to look at

Villa Suzuki 1 Rooster wake up calls. Cons : Pool is old , chipped, stained and dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned , they ran the brush along the middle of bottom and never bothered with the rest of the green gunge at bottom of pool. There are 2 old mismatched lounges by the pool when the Villa sleeps 6. There isn’t room for 6 loungers but the deck could fit 4 . the pool area is too small for 6 The open plan wall-less living room has a couch but no other chairs so we had to constantly drag the chairs from table over and use these wooden chairs for outside too which was ridiculous. Since there are no walls on one side - expect small lizards and lots of mosquitos to be in your villa. Not a major Issue for us but might bother many westerners. There is bamboo divides between the Villa complex and the next one but the bamboo is on the other complex side - So the Villa view is a pile of unsightly wires. The kitchen is not very clean with crew just wiping surfaces . The tiling is stained and has mould in cracks . The gas cooker only has 1 ring working and entire downstairs smells of gas when it’s on. The microwave is rusted. Kitchen in need of a refurbishment and a deep clean too. We had to boil wash the dishes they were all scum and dirty and I wouldn’t say had seen hot water or soap in months. The downstairs toilet door is rusted , and window is water damaged The weather was bad and as a result the area near locked gate was always flooded and because it’s open plan downstairs which means no outer walls - the floor was wet and we had to ask 3 times for additional towels, the towels provided in Villa are small and inadequate even when it’s not raining. Both safes in main bedroom were not working , we changed batteries on one - it was broken and batteries were not the issue. Bedroom 2 upstairs has BLACK MOULD on the wall and the door facing the pool does not close or lock fully- expect lots of bug bites.

Everything is good and comfortable.

There will be dust drop from the ceiling onto the bed at master bedroom everyday but the housekeeping really trying his best to clean it but the dust keep falling from the ceiling. I think need to do the repair works for the ceiling but overall it is worth the price.
