Property was clean and well appointed, owner and property manager were first class and easy to communicate with, beautiful view overlooking pool/lazy river and Galveston bay. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property. A distance from the roar of Galveston but I’m not walking so it turned out to be a good thing. Gulf close by and a pool out the back door! A little piece of heaven on earth!

The condo is up to date, very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. It was so nice that we extended or stay. You will not be disappointed.

6 of us stayed here and it was perfect. Clean and well laid out. Close to heated pool! Great views of the bay all hours of the day. Will be staying here again.

We selected this condo based on all the reviews commenting on the sunsets and it did not disappoint. We loved our stay.

Good location, nice place.. Four issues that should be corrected. 1. Elevator didnt work at any time during our stay. Not acceptable on 4 floor condo. 2. We hope the silverfish didnt come home with us. 3. The master closet and entry coat closets were both locked, so we had no place to hang our clothes. 4. Soap, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in showers were all empty.

We came in from Arkansas, Louisiana and North Houston for this annual trip and we’re so happy we chose this condo. Mary Alice was very responsive every step of the way and any questions we had were answered and addressed immediately. The property is well appointed, well maintained and very comfortable. Would definitely love to return!

We have stayed at 8 or 9 different condos at Pointe West, but this one became our absolute favorite! it has it ALL! It has the best interior design, gorgeous! Looks like a million bucks! Has everything you could possibly need inside. The owners left us this very charming gift basket with goodies in it, what an exciting thrill! Top of the line bedding and comfort! PERFECT location and BEST VIEW!! You get an extraordinary view of the bay and can also see the Gulf from the other side, what?? Amazing! And you are RIGHT next to the Lazy River pool and hot tub, best situation at the resort right here! The owners were so attentive, we were blown away! We couldnt be happier with our stay, and will definitely stay specifically at this condo from now on, we found our home away from home! I could go on and on, just amazing. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo with gorgeous sunset views of the bay and lazy river pool. We enjoyed the resort amenities including the infinity pool at the beach club and the lazy river pool by the bay. We would definitely stay here again.

This is our family's second end of summer stay at this property. Once again, we were delighted with the cleanliness and how well maintained everything was. There are so many places to choose from when staying on the island but this location truly is a gem. The 2 patios, one overlooking the gulf and the other the bay afford beautiful sunrise and sunset view. The lazy river pool and hot tub are just steps away. This is our place to unplug, relax and recharge. Looking forward to next year.

This is our second stay at this condo and we really enjoyed it again. We had two adults and two children in the condo, so we had more than enough room. We could easily add another family of three to the group. We choose to stay in a condo so we can prepare our own meals; however, there was no frying pan/skillet. To make eggs in the morning, we had to use a pot. It would be nice to have the pots & pans updated. Otherwise, the kitchen is fully functional. There are three full bathrooms; however, the drainplugs didn't work in two of the bathtubs, so our kids just used one bathroom. Also, the hot water doesn't work in the primary bathroom. The handle turns a full 360 so it doesn't appear to be connected to the waterline. Again, we just used a different tub since there were other options. However, if it we had another family with us, it would be been a bit trickier. Overall, we enjoy this property and it's management very much. We had one question about the code access and they answered as soon as I called and addressed my question immediately. If we plan another trip, we'd be more than happy to stay at tis property again.

Top of the line property with access to great amenities as well. Very clean, great view of pool, and unbeatable sunset from the patio in the evenings. Will definitely be coming back!!

We can’t say enough great things about the condo. The location and view was perfect. Sunset Hideaway is a great name! The Beach Club perks hit the spot with the kiddos, and the restaurant was delicious! The condo itself was decorated great and we all felt comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Our family usually makes several trips to the area throughout the year. This was a first to stay at a condo on a resort. We loved it. Beach during the day, pools in the evening. The house was wonderful, comfy beds, plenty of towels, very clean and just all around great. We had a blast and will definitely book here again.

We used both pools and the on site restaurant during our stay, lazy river pool was relaxing, the main pool and restaurant provided good poolside service and nice food, great trip overall . We loved staying at this condo!! It over looks the sunset pool, which is our favorite, and you get the BEST sunsets from the balcony!! The balcony has lots nice seating!! Inside is a dream! It’s decorated so beachy and everything is super comfy! The kitchen had all the essentials we needed and even had a welcome basket with a few things like paper goods, dishwasher/laundry pods, and baggies! The only thing I would change is the lighting on the balcony. There are 2 fun, color changing lights but it doesn’t provide enough light so we never set out there after dark. It wasn’t a big deal and We will absolutely stay here again and again. The owners are super prompt in replying and they send plenty of prep and post messages so you can be ready before hand and so you know what to do for checkout. Thanks for a fabulous time!!!

Beautiful, clean, well stocked condo located at the lazy river pool. This was our 5th stay at Pointe West and by far the best condo we've ever had!!

Property was great! We enjoyed the time spent at the resort. We did move some of the furniture around, it was the right head height for our 1 year old grandson. He loved the balcony and watching the birds and trying to throw things off. :) Only complaint was that the elevator wasn't working when we arrived on May 25th evening and with an infant we had a lot of extra items. It started working when we were leaving which made the luggage easier to load. We will definitely be back.

This property is spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of the other end of the seawall. You have views of both the Gulf and the bay. The back balcony is a perfect spot to drink coffee in the morning and watch folks fish in the bay. The living area has great seating and tasteful beach decor. The bedrooms are large and comfortable. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing get away. Can't wait to visit again.

The condo is perfect for a family gathering ! Unfortunately the Lazy River was closed during our entire stay secondary to an unforeseen accident, but we made the best of our time nonetheless ! The Infiniti pool at beach club was a short ride away in our golf cart .. comfortable beds and 3 full baths, ample kitchen to cook in for Easter ! Location is a good distance away from Galveston proper, but we knew this at booking; had to make the drive in at least once for dinner at Gaidos !

We stayed over a long weekend in January with our family. We had more than enough space in the condo with the two separate seating areas with sofas (and TVs for those so inclined to watch). The condo was very clean when we arrived and we appreciated the basket with a few essentials (coffee, laundry and dishwasher pods, etc.). This condo is particularly well located with both bay and ocean views. We enjoyed the heated pool on the bay side (the lazy river is not heated). However, we had to head to the Beach Club for the hot tub as the bayside hot tub was broken. The Beach Club has a fun game room for the kids and a large hot tub that we also enjoyed. There are many access points to the beach as well. If we had stayed longer, a golf cart rental would be been beneficial, but for the long weekend (and the cold!) we just hopped in my car to cross over to the beach where there was ample parking. Overall, we were very happy with this space and would definitely rent it again.
