We were three siblings and a niece staying very comfortably in the house, with two nephews who lived locally visiting days. The house was perfect for our needs, well outfitted with kitchen supplies and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful lakefront home! Conveniently located in close proximity in Tempe. The hot tub on the lake was great! Spacious and pretty home.

Easy and flexible check-in. Enjoyed cocktails and conversation on the deck over-looking the lake. Everything just as described on the listing. We would stay there again.

I would have liked to rate the property higher because it was quiet and had a great back deck. Unfortunately, the master bed and bath need a complete remodel along with some other issues that made the rating lower than it could be. The master bath is very old fashioned and the shower was difficult at best. The knob to turn on the water was very finicky and we defaulted to the second bathroom for fear the shower would break inconveniencing us during our stay. The soap dish in the master bath was rusty which was off putting as well as the only place to put supplies being a stand inside the shower. The second bath was much better but could use some tlc in that shower also. The master bed made a crinklling sound that kept us awake at night and the lack of black out curtains there woke us early in the morning. Most of the furniture in the living area was very comfortable but the throw rugs were worn and thin. The curtains in the living area were very cheap looking and hung funny on the sliding door. The kitchen furniture was pretty but not very comfortable. The refrigerator door's water dispenser didn't work very well for ice and the glass holder has some stain on it probably due to the water. It would have been nice to have the remotes for the TV in the master bedroom labeled as to which one would make the TV work I did figure it out about 3 days in but we like to watch TV at night to catch up on the news. The front door was difficult to deal with even though there was a keyless lock. Getting it in the exact spot to get the door to lock and unlock was very frustrating. A very nice touch was the notebook full of brochures and maps for things to do and see and helped us tremendously in our planning for outings. Having stayed in some properties that are 5's we tried to compare the small things that were done in those so we could rate this property fairly. The "welcome" basket here had two bottles of water and two packs of cards. The dishwasher detergent was old and consisted of two pods. The washer detergent was adequate and the washer worked well but was very noisy as was the water heater. Alecia did make sure we had a nice little table to hand out Halloween candy as well as a table cloth and a small decoration. Overall, there were so many little things that could have been done to make this a five star property that I felt I could not rate it above a 3.

Our stay was great. The property manager was great to work with. There was a nice community club house we enjoyed. There was a nice spacious deck with a hot tub. The lake view at dusk was beautiful . The place was clean and located near plenty of restaurants, shopping centers and highway access. Easy to find.

We loved the quiet, safe area. Beautiful Tempe lake view. The hot tub was wonderful with a beautiful spacious deck. The master bath needs updating. The pool is available at the community center with a 25$ access fee. Close to restaurants and shopping.

This home was perfect for our family stay! We had three generations, ranging from 21-80, coming together for a wedding at Superstition Manor in Mesa. There was plenty of room for all of us to come together or have our separate areas. This home is very centrally located within Tempe and was a short drive for us to Mesa. Plenty of close food options in the area as well as Fry's Food Store for your grocery needs. Just add coffee or wine and make the most of the back deck views, which are lovely. The kayak on the lake was enjoyed by the adventurers in our group. Alecia was great during our check in and in helping with our questions. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a great stay on this property. Very clean with lots of amenities inside and out. We spent lots of time enjoying the deck on this waterfront property and the location in Tempe was close to everything. Walking distance to the clubhouse ( we used the gym and pool but they also have pickle ball, tennis, and a playground for little ones) We will come back!

My 3 siblings and I stayed here for the weekend to visit family in the area. We felt very comfortable in the home. We spent a lot of our time on the deck out back, lounging and using the hot tub. The area is very quiet and it was just what we needed. Inside the house was very comfortable but I would suggest getting new mattresses for the 2 extra bedrooms. Checking in was quick and easy, it was nice to be met at the house to be walked through everything.

Wonderful place, centrally located. Stay during 115+ temps. House stayed comfortable the entire time. Deck was a nice place to hang out on in the morning before it got too hot! Property manager was helpful and responsive.

The property was a great choice for our golf trip. Great host and would highly recommend this property!

The property manager was very nice and helpful. The hot tub was nice and having use of the peddle boat and kayak was nice. The house and furniture was dated and needs much attention. The lighting throughout the house was poor. Not having a garbage disposal was a negative. There were crumbs in the utensil drawer. The cabinets were "sound" but old and worn and not suitable. The tile on the counter tops were cracked and chipped as well as some floor tiles throughout. The sofa had no support and is being supported by a wood block/piece on one side. The second bedroom bed caved into the center. The third bedroom/den closet door was unusable. Over all I am displeased with Evolve and the house.

Loved our stay here. Had everything we needed.

The lakes was everything and better. We really enjoyed our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable. We took the paddle boat and went exploring. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful. The hall bath has been recently upgraded and it has a huge tub in it. The property manager was helpful and polite. There were little vases of flowers in all the rooms.
