The location was too far from center.

The space was quiet, not a lot of people

I requested for dark curtains and the rooms with AC, I was told the ACs were broken and so I couldn’t get a room with one. The next day, the room service came in my room after I had gone out and threw away a couple of personal belongings without asking for permission, worst part? The room was still scattered when I walked in.

I stay here when I need to avoid traffic, e.g. when I arrive on Friday evening and have things to do in Kyiv during the weekend. Or when it is too late to leave Kyiv but in the morning I need to be on the road (the western direction) early. Or when I need a short sleep before a morning flight.

Beds and pillows could be better. The bathroom could be cleaner.

Receptionists at morning and night shifts are very nice and friendly, made fast check in and check out

I don’t know if I can give the comment to the service from the restaurant of the hotel , but it was rude and not welcome.

the AC was not working and u cant stay without AC in July! the bathroom was not good I mean the shower was herbal..

I have been to many hotels around the city, they have the very poor receptionist and poor room. The room which i stayed was very hot and it had spiders. I don't recommend it to anyone

There is nothing good to say about the hotel. Avoid it!

Family complex and weding place. Expected more interesting things but the only activity apart from sports there is visit the shopping centre. Not recomendable if the goal is visit Kiev, is so far from Airport. Access only by car. They have parking. There is a good food BBQ place close the gas station, the best meat ever.

Surprised of the bathroom. Is just the necessary. No frigobar. No supermarkets close. Big parks.
