Unfortunately I was travelling for work and the house next door was either having a party or visitors were pulling up outside playing loud music. This has nothing to do with the host or the facilities, just frustrating on a week night with work the next day!

The hosts communicated very well, it was seamless. We had a great stay in Sheffield. The location was ideal.

Location was fantastic. Facilities were great, everything you would expect from a modern city centre apartment. The bed was very comfortable and we liked the natural light the skylights produced. Check-in was easy and smooth and the the place was great value for money.

The one downside was the macerating toilets. They are so loud, as well as the one in the apartment you can pretty much hear the ones in every apartment. And they would make a loud macerating sound not just when they were used but whenever any tap was ran anywhere. Surely there is a better solution.

The location was fabulous, very central, near the city centre and also Kelham Island where we found good places to eat. The flat was spacious and having 2 double bedrooms and a living space suited us and our teenage son. It felt safe to leave our son to lie in whilst we went out. The owner was quick to respond to our problem.

Unfortunately we had no hot water for 2 nights, although this was rectified, and we were compensated.

The location was perfect, right in the centre and very close to everything including the tram.

The property needed a thorough clean, we contacted the owner of the property and he kindly got the cleaners back in but unfortunately it wasn’t up to scratch. Incredibly dusty so if you have allergies I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless it has been thoroughly cleaned.

Being on ground floor is bit noisy

This is a convenient residence that makes people feel at ease and happy. Both the quality of living and the equipment are very impressive. I also like this city and hope to have the opportunity to come again in the future.

The hot water time for bathing is too short, I hope there will be a period from 8:00 pm to 11:00 pm

No Windows just two roof lights that made us feel a little claustrophobic the noise from the toilet macerator was a bit loud

The room was so clean when arriving and when we ran into an issue the owner was lovely and super understanding!

The toilet was a little loud but overall it was a lovely place and considering staying again when back in Sheffield.

A modern apartment, beautifully presented. easy checkin with key code. About 10 minutes walk to public transport hubs and cultural area.

I liked the fact that it was very close to the city centre and an NCP car park. The apartment was great, very clean and spacious.

The toilet made a strange noise every time you used it and sometimes randomly which made me jump in the night.

the macerator in the toilet that constantly churned loudly when showering or using any water was a bit off putting. It was also a shame there were no windows in my apartment and only skylights which didn’t provide much fresh air.

the hot water was not hot enough. also I got woken up couple of times from loud noises from the corridor.

Wasn’t able to access TV because of lack of technology knowledge. Needed WiFi.

Really good apartment, well kitted out and large enough for 4 people. We only had 3 adults and there was alot of room, fresh towels and toiletries supplied. Great area super close to everywhere you will need and tram stops. Easy to find from train station about 15 min walk. Would defos stay again.
