My partner and I needed to get away from the cold and rain in LA, so we took a chance and booked Nikki's place in Sarasota, a city we've never visited but heard great things about. Right from the start we knew we picked a winner. The house was incredible with vaulted ceilings, well appointed, super clean, and everything just seemed to be where you'd expect it to be. Both the front and back yards were incredibly private. Yet, you could walk a few minutes and be in downtown Sarasota, which was really impressive. Beautiful beaches, architecture, restaurants, museums, and entertainment. We were able to catch a theater performance at the Van Wezel theater which was top notch. Our host Nikki was available, cheerful, and helpful when we reached out to her with a few random questions. Other than that, she was invisible and gave us space to enjoy our time in her lovely home and town. Couldn't have been happier with this stay. If you have the inclination to see Sarasota, this is a great place to do it from. Thanks, Nikki!!!

I love the colors and artifacts… interesting open Floor plan that is so comfortable. The bedrooms are situated so there is privacy for all the guests. Super clean. The location is perfect. You can be anywhere… I 75, Main Street. Beaches… airport.. Huge thanks to Nikki!!!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this property and the Owner/Manager. If we had a question or something needs attention she responds immediately! The property was beautiful and it was so close to downtown and beaches. I will be staying there a lot in my future. I highly reccommend.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay in Alta Vista. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Nikki was extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

This property is so sharp. The pictures don’t do it justice. We felt like we were in our own little oasis with that private pool and chairs. It was easy to get around town and neighbors are quiet and friendly. Highly recommend.
