Very large, clean and comfortable place. Wonderful owners/managers who could not have been nicer. This property is a one of a kind location and ownership. Beautiful views of the st lawerence from the rooms and especially from the terresse. Saw amazing fireworks over the river

We had a fantastic time in Quebec City, largely due to our wonderful accomodations & the perfect locale. We were steps away from the waterfront & the heart of old Quebec City with convenient parking behind premises. Hence, it was easy to get out of the city to visit Mountmorency Falls & the Chocolatier & ice cream shop on the L'ile d'Orlean, the latter we went to twice for their heavenly dipped ice cream cones. The chocolate just melts in your mouth. Unbeknownst to us before our arrival, we had access to the rooftop terrace of our building. Beautiful views, especially of the Chateau Frontenac tower all lit up. The living area was very spacious as were the two bedrooms & bathrooms. We'd definitely stay here again. Had such a memorable stay. All the people were very friendly & everything was immaculate. Thank you to Gregory & Thomas for the wonderful stay!

The condo more than lives up to the listing. Well appointed rooms, fully equipped kitchen and you can't beat the view.

Loved this place!!! Comfortable beds, spacious condo, beautiful view. Quiet evenings with restaurants and shops close by. It’s an uphill walk to Fairmont Frontenac though. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

This location is perfect to explore Quebec City. It was spacious, clean and the views of the river were amazing. Gregoire was an excellent and accommodating host. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great service, awesome location on St-Laurence river!

We were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the apartment was. Very spacious for 4 people, clean, and comfortable. Very close to shopping, restaurants, sites. We left the car parked safely in the parking area and walked everywhere. We were worried that we would have issues with keys and parking since we arrived late at night (11pm), but it was very smooth getting in touch by text and phone and someone was already at the door to greet us when we arrived. For those of us who need more than one small coffee in the morning, we would suggest supplying at least two coffees per person or larger coffee mugs. Mamma needs her coffee fix! Overall, a great stay, we enjoyed everything and we will be back!

Our stay was marvelous, the host was lovely and accommodating, the accomodations superb in a beautifully appointed condominium overlooking the river with panoramic views, all located within easy walking distance to fine dining, shopping and all the historic areas within the beautiful city.

This property location, host and contents left nothing to be desired. The view is spectacular, and the unit is stocked with everything needed.

Our family loved the apartment, and we loved seeing Pierre, who was always around to provide assistance, check on us during bad storm, and gave us additional guidance around town. Simple act of lifting our truck windshield wipers so they do not freeze during ice storm, was really appreciated. What did we love about the apartment? Pretty much everything. It is one of those flats you can see yourself retiring in. It was spacious, open, super clean, bright, with priceless views of the river. It was very comfortable for family of 5, including 3 kids in late teens. The living room pullout sofa has memory foam mattress, it is the best pullout I have seen at any place we have rented. Beds are very comfortable, plenty of pillows, and extra blankets are provided. The kitchen, 2 bathrooms, it was perfect space, and little breakfast nook was adorable. it just felt like home.. that is all you can ask for. During the winter storm, we would sit in the living room and watch the tug boats try to control drifting barges along the river. How about location? I do not think you can score a better location with the views and access. The Christmas markets, the old town, ice rink, shopping, Frontenac hotel, walking paths, all of this is within 10 to 15minutes of walking. Due to such a close location, some of our family members were able to do their own walks & exploring, while others just chilled back in the flat. The parking is just north of the building, and it is an open lot, so car roof rack will not be an issue. I am not sure if I will ever be able to duplicate the magic of our Christmas vacation in 2022 with our kids, since the time does not stop, but if I do it again, this is the place.

This apartment is in a great location walking distance to shops, restaurants and landmarks. Directly across from the St. Lawrence seaway we could watch ships coming in and going out. We were lucky enough to see the Queen Mary II docked and depart port. Clean and well appointed with nice linens. The only suggestion we'd make is that both bedrooms should have King beds. The beds were comfortable though.

This property is absolutely wonderful. You won't want to leave the amazing windows with the perfect views, even to go explore the beautiful city. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed (we didn't cook) washer and dryer came in handy after a rainy day exploring the city. The hosts are lovely and check in was easy. You can't go wrong booking this apartment. Highly recommend. Good WiFi, good showers too.

Our Frontenac unit at the Royal Dalhousie was spacious, clean, fully stocked and perfectly located in the lower town. It had a great view over the St. Lawrence and sometimes of a cruise ship right in front. The hosts (Greg, Pierre annd Liliane) were all friendly and helpful. The one drawback was there was quite a lot of traffic noise from the pretty busy streets below, but that usually stopped by around 11:00 pm. There are plenty of restaurants, retail and cultural attractions in the immediate area and even more up the funicular in the upper town. We had a great stay!

Easy walk to shopping, restaurants and multiple ary galleries. Right across for the cruise ship dock. Easy to watch all the river traffic . Everyone at the location was very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to be sure that we had a great experience, and we did. We will definitely be back. Very stylish environment and we'll layed out and furnished. Superb.

Five of us stayed here one night pre-cruise. The location was excellent and the property was gorgeous. We wish we would have had more time here. On a return trip, we would definitely stay here again.

These are beautiful apartments in a wonderful setting. The indoor spaces are large and well lit by the many big windows. We loved the view out the front overlooking the park and the riverfront. Everything about the place was well thought out and put together. It was a treat to be able to walk out the door and explore the narrow streets of the Old City. Wonderful cafes, shops and things to see and do. We take multiple trips every year and this has to be one of the very nicest places we have ever stayed. Highly recommended.

Excellent rental with fabulous view of river and easy access to lower old town. Everything is walking distance from the rental, with lots of very good restaurants and galleries just steps away. The rental is very well appointed with everything you need for daily living. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommend this property.

We stayed for 4 nights and actually wish we could live here! The view was breathtaking, the condo met our every need and was spotless and comfortable. We didn't have a car so we walked just about everywhere. There were nice restaurants and coffee shops in the area, all within walking distance. Truly a memorable stay. Thanks Gregoire!
