this unit is located in the perfect location for a quiet weekend getaway while also being in close proximity to the deschutes river and the bustling downtown area. would 10000% recommend to a friend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this location and we absolutely love it. It’s close to hiking trails and it’s a stones throw away from the pool. I will be back next summer. My one complaint is with VRBO, I was charged the cost of two nights in fees. I understand paying for cleaning, but all the other fees are ridiculous. I doubt I will use VRBO again because this particular listing has an alternative way of booking.

It was clean, comfortable, and just right for our hang out spot!

We have been in this house several times over Memorial Day weekend. And we LOVE it! It fits us perfectly. However, there were a few things that could use attention: - there is a shortage of plates and forks given the size of the house. - the dryer was not working. It would take 3-4 hours for a load of towels to dry. It should probably be looked at. - would be nice if there were more bath towels and also more soap/shampoo/handsoap. The volume of these offered is not to scale with the size of the house, especially when we are staying at the house for 4 nights. We still LOVE the house and will hope to be back next year. Just wanted to provide the feedback. Thank you!

Very nice house in a nice neighborhood. House is big with enough beds. It has most stuff we need and worked for us. Only two minor issues: downstairs has no bathroom, which is a little inconvenient if living on the two beds there. The house only has 2.5 bathrooms which is a little short(but enough to use). Garage is a little small which only can park one car, but there is plenty space for 2 cars outside garage door. The community pool is great with a nice spa. Overall it's a very good house with quiet community, and not far from the city center and popular attractions in town.

6 adults and 3 kids under 4 spent 4 nights in this beautiful home. Bend is such a fantastic town with tons to do. This house made the perfect basecamp for our adventure. Thank you

We’ve rented a lot of different vacation homes, some good, some not so much. This one was perfect! We have family that lives in the area and it was wonderful to gather together and spend quality family time. We will definitely want to return!

The River Wild home is a spacious location for a group retreat. The kitchen is well stocked and the open concept is great for entertaining. If you like to grind your coffee beans, there is a grinder. However, one piece is missing, but there is a screw in the drawer that you can use to make it work. We had 4 adults on our stay and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The living area on the main floor and family room on the ground floor are great for a group to enjoy time together and the wrap around porch is a quiet place for anyone to spend time on their own or in a group. When you check-in and check-out, the entry is on the opposite side of parking, so be prepared to walk around the house on a trail to get to the front door to get access. Overall, a great home to stay in while enjoying Bend and the surrounding areas and will definitely consider it again in the future.

Very clean. Surprised to learn downstairs room with Den had no bathroom! Loved the combination door lock! Pleasant overall stay! We had 8 guests!

We had a great trip and the house was beautiful. Our only issue was not being able to figure out the thermostat for the AC unit. We would definitely stay here again.

This house was super clean and we loved the location. It was perfect for our family get together and fishing trip. Had everything we needed and was within walking distance of the river. We would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at Big Canyon several times, always on Memorial Day weekend. It's a great house for a few families with kids. Great location in Bach Village, and great entertaining space. The only improvement to be made is to have a good pan to make breakfast in (quality nonstick skillet) and more dishes. We've already booked for next year! Thank you.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway for my wife's birthday with our family. I would defiantly book this house again.

Great location, clean and spacious house.

This lovely home near the River walking trail was ideal for our annual gals vacation. We had enough room to each have privacy for sleeping, and a beautiful great room for socializing, eating and playing games. the Kitchen was well stocked, and the entire place clean and up to date. The management was promptly responsive and accommodating with our request for extra blankets/space heaters for the basement level. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Big Canyon. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, relaxing and entertainment. It was clean and nicely furnished and had comfortable bedrooms and nice bathrooms. Location was great and the property manager we very helpful and responsive. Garage was useful for our ski gear storage and had high clearance for our pick up truck. We’d definitely stay there again.

This was a terrific property... I think you need a new toaster as the one there burns the bottom of the toast and doesn't cook the top of it! Also would have been nice to have additional dish towels as we had to do a load of wash just for four dish towels!! It was beautifully equipped otherwise... I also think the faucet in the downstairs bathroom dripped... None of these are complaints only suggestions in order to make it top notch

Conveniently located about 5 minutes to Downtown, this house was perfect for a large group. Lots of bedrooms with enough space to spread out but then the big kitchen/living room made hanging out all together easy. It was great to be a bit secluded in the woods but easily accessible to everything. Overall the place was clean and orderly but the carpets and bedspread felt like they could definitely use a deep clean. Parking would be difficult with multiple cars but we only had one so it worked out well. Overall a pleasant stay!
